Boudinbutcher Awesome
This Slicer is very heavy duty, and well built. Shipping was fast and the slicer was packaged extremely secure.
This is perfect for my small business. This is actually the best one I have owned.

art 10 inch 340 w slicer
Bought 10 inch, 340 w slicer. Sliced 40 lb of jerky meat. Put slabs on flat cookie sheet then in freezer for 5-6 hours to stiffen up. Took 1 cookie sheet out at a time and sliced into jerky strips. Slicer worked great. Will be slicing home cured/smoked bacon next. Was easy to clean, just removed blade and tray,

Gino Owner
Great addition to the kitchen, we've sliced lunch meats, and shaved steak for cheese steaks. The quality and price was definitely the selling point for us. Would definitely recommend.

Love it !! It cuts just like when i get meat cut in the deli ,from paper thin to real thick .We do most of our own lunchmeat boneless ham to roast beef. So far it has worked perfectly.>

I love this slicer. I use it every month to make a big batch of pet food. I cut organ meat so it gets quite messy. It's a pain to clean, but saves a lot of pain from slicing it all by hand. I bought a different brand last year but it has plastic gears and only lasted for about 5 months.
