This slicer works great, nice adjustable sizes. Somewhat easy to clean. I use it to make jerky. It slices the pieces to a perfect thickness.

It works perfect for what I want to do. I sliced 5 lbs of lean beef and 5 lbs of lean pork and marinated all of that for jerky. Sliced up and smoked 2 brisket flats for brisket chili and stew. Cuts thin enough that the brisket starts falling apart as it goes through the slicer exactly like I wanted it to. All metal so there isn't any flex like the cheaper box store models. Easy to take apart and clean.

Works very well. I highly recommend. It is easy to clean and slicer is sharpen enough for any meats. Material is sturdy and engaging. So far, so good.

I’ve had this about a month and have been really pleased with the functionality and quality so far. I use it mostly to make beef jerky, but it’s sliced some fruit as well. Takes a little bit of practice and cut resistant gloves to clean generally about 15 minutes, but not too bad. Would be nice if they included an Allen wrench with the unit, but I had plenty that worked in my toolbox. I saw almost an identical spec with the 12 inch blade at Costco for $800, very similar button, etc. just a slightly larger blade than the 10 inch I purchased. Highly recommend this slicer.

This works great and worth the money. I would advise getting this if you want to cut fresh meat and fruits and vegetables

Does job well ! heavy unit well built only complaint would be disassembly for cleaning. for convenience should include tool for removing blade

This slicer is excellent quality and has enough power that you can slide roast beef as fast as you can slide it. The slide on mine was sticky but I adjusted it and lubed with supplied lube and all is good. I have burned up multiple other machine that cost the same as this one. A+

I wanted to use it a few times before reviewing and I have to say, this slicer does not disappoint. It’s on par with most all commercial deli slicers that cost 3 times (or more) as much. A tremendous upgrade from the cheap “home” slicers available at department stores. Easy to use, simple cleanup, solid performer. Overall 5 out of 5 for me.
