Hallo, ich habe bereits eine Nachricht an ihren Support geschrieben und darin mitgeteilt, dass ich über das vorhandene Display die Heizung nicht programieren kann. Ich habe mir ein ausführliches Video auf youtube angesehen und genau das gemacht, wie es im Video beschrieben ist, aber das Display schmeißt mich jedesmal wieder raus. Auf die Nachricht an ihren Support, mit der Bitte um Hilfe, ist absolut nichts passiert. Neue Displays gibt es selbstverständlich zu kaufen, doch warum sollte ich das machen, ich habe schließlich Garantie. Auf die Frage, ob ich zufrieden bin und evtl. nochmal bei Vevor bestellen würde, muss ivh mit einem klaren NEIN antworten !!! Vielleicht passiert ja aufgrund meiner Bewertung noch was, ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn ich die Heizung doch noch zum Laufen bringen würde. Mit freundlichem Gruß, Hans Senftinger.

Uses so much diesel in one night 2.5 ltrs. Outrageous and the fan uses so much power it drains the battery in one night say 4 hours use.

Drei-Tasten-Steuerung funktioniert nicht, bei Nachfrage um Besserung/Ersatzteil bisher (nach 2 Wochen) keine erfolgreiche Reaktion.

Received the heater very quickly hooked it up immediately added 12.8 volts added diesel fuel fired it up ran 6 minutes shut down E5 or e6 overheating internal checked ventilation checked intake watched a whole bunch of videos all the settings were correct tried it again on 6 off 20 on 6 off 20 minutes tried tech support after videos no help they put you on standby it's been over a week now they're still trying to figure it out. I bought the extended warranty like a dumbass it's the end of the season here in Wisconsin but I wanted it for fall cuz they sell out so quickly and now I'm hating my decision shame on these people I have bought other stuff from them with no issues you can't even call the talk to him by to move this forward you got to hope that they're translating it into English and maybe they'll get back to you

This is not necessarily a bad review of the heater itself, but the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered this heated in Feb and received it around the end of the month. I got it set up and upon the first start up the heater display showed and error code E4, fuel pump issue. As a friend of mine had the same heater, we switched fuel pumps and mine worked fine from there. From that day I have received over 35 emails (no calls cause apparently this company doesn’t believe in customer service) and still over 2 months later I have still not received my replacement fuel pump. The thing costs $20, you’d think the service would be better. Like I said, the heater itself seems to be working fine, but how do I know? I’ve been waiting over 2 months for a $20 fuel pump. I had two units in total the first quit working after a month, they reimbursed my for it and I ordered a new one that was throwing code the moment I hooked it up and never worked. Absolutely DO NOT recomend
