Purchased one of these as my old heater went out, decided to try the vevor rather than the espar, got it installed, it worked for about 2 weeks then quick working, it took over 4 months for them to finally replace it. Mind you I boxed up the old one, shipped it off, and it still took forever tk get a replacement. I had to email in twice asking if I was getting even the broken one back or my money or something and after another month they finally said "sorry for the delay" and they would get the new one to me. A month later it shows up. The entire process successfully brought me to the warm season where I dont even need it so I havent even installed this new one. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't idk. But a warranty and service that takes months is ridiculous.

Worst customer service ever!!! Product threw codes, wouldn’t heat, wouldn’t power off and leaked fuel. Not sure I’d ever recommend this or any other product to anyone. The 30 day warranty, bogus!

Doesn't heat very good at all

The automatic temperature setting is terrible at holding the temperature. It turns on about 5 deg below the set point and doesn't increase the power until 10 deg below the setup point.

The heater's controls are confusing and hard to navigate also the heater doesn't seem to provide the 8kw (27,000 btu) that it is advertised to produce.

The only conclusion I've come to is that there anti gel in the fuel from the gas station as I live in northern climate and that's what's contaminating my fuel making it not all burn it's smokes a lot I've tried turning it all the way up it just made it unusable

First one came damaged but works fine. SECOND ONE HAS BAD SENSOR AND DOESN'T HEAT ABOVE 1 SETTING = JUNK. DONT WORRY UTUBES REVIEW WILL BE WORSE.

After less than 10hrs of run time the heater ran out of fuel (understandable) but then wont restart!

I got this on Thursday put diesel fuel in it it's been throwing an e-cord ever since never even got to use it e10

I am a repeat customer who has bought several products from Vevor in the past, but this is the last time they will ever get a cent of my money. I bought their diesel heater and it was a total lemon right out of the box. The worst part isn't even the broken heater—it’s the fact that they flat-out refuse to stand behind their product. I didn't just rely on the standard warranty; I actually paid extra for a THREE-YEAR extended warranty. Even with that extra protection, they are giving me the runaround and haven't resolved a single thing. To the people saying "it’s only $100, just suck it up"—that is exactly what Vevor wants you to do. $100 is still hard-earned money, and a company shouldn't be allowed to ship trash and ignore their own legal "warranty" promises. I had plans to buy more equipment from them for my shop, but those plans are dead. Current status: My issue is STILL UNRESOLVED. They have my money, they have the extra money I paid for the protection plan, and all I have is a cold garage and a heater that doesn't work. Pros: None. Cons: Defective product, zero customer service, fake warranty, and they don't value loyal customers
