I’m very disappointed with this experience. The equipment stopped working within a month of purchase, and I submitted a warranty repair request over a week ago with no response. I also tried reaching out through live chat and received the same lack of follow-up. If you’re manufacturing commercial kitchen equipment, timely support and repair service should be a priority. This level of service is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.

This items is poorly assembled, I can smell metal when using it and also if seed I grind. Screws tightening upper part to motor are crooked, visible with dark material inside, very nasty. I would not recommend it. I have tried to return it before using it and was asked for pictures, photos so someone can call to fix it even though I explained the problem.

Dommage , matériel très efficace quand il fonctionne mais mal câblé, chauffe très vite et au final moteur grillé après quelques utilisations ( une vingtaine de..) .. à éviter +++

Item never worked and customer service is just AI chatbots that never get anything done. Extremely frustrating

I got this to grind wheat for homemade bread. I ground no more than 2 cups of grain per use and it stopped working after the 3rd use.

Leider vollkommen unbrauchbar. Die Mühle kam mit bereits verschraubten Mahlblättern, die aber untrennbar festgeschraubt wurden. Das Heisst, die Mühle kann nie hygienisch für Lebensmittel verwendet werden - eine Reinigung von allen Mahlresten ist unmöglich. Habe solche Mühlen seit Jahrzehnten in der Anwendung - nie gab es dieses Problem. Die Verschraubung scheint mit anderen Unterlegscheiben als sonst gemacht worden zu sein. Oder die Verschraubung wurde mit Industriekleber unlösbar gemacht. Wie auch immer, es kann nie gereinigt werden - zumindest nicht genug für Lebensmittel. Eine Verkeimung mit E-Coli oder Salmonellen ist damit auf Dauer unvermeidbar. Das Problem ist eventuell schon ab Werk verursacht worden. Ich hatte das Problem erst Wochen später bei er ersten Verwendung bemerkt. Eine Neubestellung über Metro lieferte jetzt eine Baugleiche Mühle mit der gleichem unlösbaren Verschraubung. Entweder einer bestellt die Dinger und verklebt die Schraube als Sabotage von Importware aus China - oder im Werk selbst wurde das vermurkst. Fazit: Die Mühle ist ausser zum zerkleinern von Plastikmüll für nichts zu gebrauchen. Schade um das Geld und das sich gute Gerät. Fast eine Rufschädigung für Chinesische Maschinen. Die sind ansonsten recht brauchbar für kleine Budgets. Das Problem hatte ich noch nie, in fast 15 Jahren Anwendung.

The grinder is really impressive in terms of speed. I could grind coffee and wheat in a fraction of the time ive needed with any other tool. Unfortunately the grinder burnt out after less than 10 uses in about a month and a half. I trouble shot it. Its dead. VERY disappointing.
