Suddenly there was a problem with the electric jack. Within 2 weeks, the problem was solved by customer service. They replaced the defective part.

I was skeptical as to quality but was pleasantly surprised. I tried the jack and impact wrench on my truck and they worked very well, lifting the truck with ease and quickly loosening a stubborn wheel lug. Two pleasant surprises were the air pump and the small hammer for breaking glass and/or cutting seat belts in the event of an emergency. The gloves were also a nice addition.
It all comes in a convenient carrying case. And because it operates on 12 volt DC current (cigarette lighter), there's no need for keeping a rechargeable battery charged (and finding the rechargeable battery dead when you most need it because you forgot to keep it charged).

I was urged to.purchase this because if an incident, a blowout on the Frank Davis Bridge (Twin Spans) between Slidell and New Orleans. tthree lane highway crossing Lake Ponchartain , rush hour, traffic rolling 80mph +! on my belly on the shoulder of the road using a hand crank scissor jack and lug wrench !!!
