Received four boxes ordered five boxes and this is terrible set up of trying to get ahold of someone

Very disappointed, I ordered these 2 years ago to do. My backdeck do the same with my front deck this year. Whenr on their website, click order again. And when they came in, they were different than the first time I had him. So now I have a full case I can't use.

I bough these to keep the dogs out of my wife's garden. They work, but they are flimsy even after securing them with 4 screws Also... the screws are not wood screws, they are machine screws. My suggestion would be to buy 1 1/4" wood or deck screws in black so that you do not have to worry about the integrity of your railing a year from now.

Product is decent. I bought these balusters to match my existing ones. They were quite a bit thinner and lighter so I ended up replacing my old ones on one site of the deck so that they all match. The enclosed screws were garbage as the heads broke off quite easily. I do not recommend using the enclosed screws.

These were the wrong parts for me. I tried to return them. You guys offered me a partial refund. I countered, and you guys ghosted me. So my ratings is pretty low because of that. And I’m stuck with these balusters I can’t use. I was willing to pay for shipping to get them back to you. It’s the ghosting part that I’m having a difficult time with. These ballisters look amazing from a distance adding a look of elegance to the overall deck. However up close the quality of them leaves much to be desired. The lengths of them are not consistent.. some are longer and some are shorter. There were no screws in a couple of the boxes, but the screws that were included broke too easily. The quality of these were much less than the ones i bought a couple years ago for the back deck. Was very disappointed this time

Very thin. I thought it was plastic at first because it bends so much. Not happy.

This railing spindle is a very thin metal that bends easily. I was disappointed in the quality. It does not even hold up to leaning against it with your hand. The price of this product is what you would expect of a higher quality metal. I do not recommend this item. It will not be safe for protecting on a railing.

Product was very thin and I tried to return and they refused a refund. The quality was very flemsey after they refused the return I took one and was able to bend it in two with my hands. Would not recommend buying from this Chinese company

Need to return. Have not had good customer service. I get a hundred emails but can’t get a return label
