El aparato, con un uso muy leve, se dejó de funcionar en 3 semanas. Al ponernos en contacto con atención al cliente, solamente nos han enviado un video realizado en su fábrica, donde se muestra como desmontar el aparato. Es decir, vaciar todo, desmontar el inodoro, desmontar el aparato, quitar el interior del aparato....pero ni siquiera dice donde hace falta "desatascarlo". En fin, si vamos a tener que desmontarlo todo cada 3 semanas, prefiero reemplazarlo con un aparato de otra marca.

Después de esperar casi un mes,tener problemas con el envío y el producto que llega como si fuese usado ya,la verdad es que no pienso comprar nada más a esta empresa de suministros una verguenza

Burned out after a month

Bought this pump installed worked for one week tried to return and have been fighting with them now for two weeks back-and-forth back-and-forth. We had it removed as we desperately needed to have a toilet and we were told to send a video of it working impossible 2 1/2 weeks after I broke would never buy from this company again don’t waste your money

this is my second pump, first one burnt out as i didn't notice the float got stuck on... vevor support said i had the motor wired wrong.... you did it.. not me...... no further support offfered second pump. still working, louder than first, support didn't even acknowledge that when i brought it up.... float sticks a lot leaving the pump on when no water remains... have asked for a replacement but only got a 15% refund.... i basically have to stay with the pump after i flush to make sure it turns off or it will stay on and burn itself out like its predecessor. just save up and buy the real macerator pump... thats what i'm doing now.

I could not use this unit because it does not comply with Canadian Standards Association and the City Inspector told me IT IS NOT APPROVED FOR USE IN CANADA. I requested VEVOR for the Certificate of Approval for Use in Canada and they explained "their technical team did not respond to them". So, I claimed a full refund to VEVOR + $1,130 plumbing install and removal costs and VEVOR took the outrageous position of offering me $35.00 refund for this and another item" both items totalling $301.98 + HST = 341.24 . While the product is still under guarantee. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Note from city inspector: (8) Macerating toilet systems shall conform to ASME A112.3.4 / CSA B45.9, “Plumbing Fixtures with Pumped Waste and Macerating Toilet Systems”. VEVOR HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO PROOF THEIR PRODUCT MEETS THE STANDARD.
