Great Product

For the price, this can't be beat. I was looking for a 4-bike rack, fitting a 2" receiver hitch, and this unit delivered. Assembly took less than 15 mins, and the instructions were quite clear. Hardest part was opening the sealed-in-plastic hardware. I loaded up 4 bicycles ( adults 26", two children's 20" and one tiny training wheeled bike), and the frame rails and rubber restraints fire them all. The tiny bike was awkward to strap down, but doable. I wish the anti-wobble plate was not necessary, seems like the main tube could have been up-sized for a more snug fit, but alas it was not, and the anti wobble plate effectively took up the slack. I had mine installed on a Tacoma with factory hitch. When comparable units are +$400, I'm more than satisfied with what I have purchased.

Metal scratches very easy and a couple of the pre-drilled holes don't connect to anything. And the instructions are...not super clear (tho it's very easy to put together if you use common sense). That said, SOLID unit for the price. We loaded up two adult bikes, one child bike and a Burley and traveled for over 2 hours with no issues at all. It's a bit of work installing the unit - you have to put on a plate that helps with the vibration - but that same plate really does a great job reducing vibration/noise when driving. The straps can be a bit hard to attach/detach to keep the bikes in place. I was very happy with how this performed and have been using it once or twice a week since we got it with no issues at all.

Bought a couple of months, pretty good and a good price, does the job pretty well. Used it for a 2 x Ebikes and 2 kids bike, not much flex considering the weight, (approx 65ishkgs)

bon produit, rapidement envoyé, rapport qualité/prix imbattable, facilement monté, le kit de pièces détachées est complet mais les rondelles de M8 ne correspondent pas : facilement remplacées par mon stock ; les trous de passage de la goupille de verrouillage (diamètre 12mm) sur le timon principal est plus petit que prévu : un nouveau perçage propre est nécessaire sur le bras pivotant au diamètre 12mm. Utilisé de nombreuses fois depuis, répond parfaitement à mes attentes. Très satisfait. Great product. Very happy with it. Very strong and sturdy. I got it for our 2 ebikes. Highly recommend.

Easy to install on my 2009 Prius. Notched the undertray to install the brackets. Good ground clearance in use too.

Better than expected. Arrived fast. Easy to put together. Will get a tryout next month on a road trip.
