FrankFoley Great item
Purchased to use as a chicken scalder. For that purpose it is perfect. Easy to maintain temperature and fast heating.
I can not say how it is for deep-frying a turkey but it works well also for steaming lobsters.

Very good unit. However, the stand is weak for the weight of the liquid in the big pot. I reinforced the stand and it appears to work great.
Vevor was outstanding for customer service.

Fryer worked great. Used a 12.5 turkey. Came out great. Burner heats well. Stable enough. Was in high wind too. And at 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
