HAPPY! IM SO HAPPY! This is absolutely affordable for someone just starting their journey with freah milling. It's loud but not horrible. A person could just use some ear plugs if they are sensitive to noise. I have made some pretty amazing cookies, sourdough, muffins and biscuits now with the flour I grind/mill. I have sifted flour and just soaked the brand or germ left that didn't go through the sieve sifter and all is well. Im not spending over $400 on a mill to teach myself fresh milling.
There's only 2 cons I feel after purchasing this product.
1. It arrived slightly bent. But I'm not going to complain. It doesn't have an effect on grinding/milling flour.
2. I really wish it had a 12" sifter. It's a tiny sifter that comes with it but I really shouldn't complain about that either.
Over all I'm very satisfied with price and quality of this product!

LadyMu Wundervolles Gerät, ich bin begeistert!
Ich bin begeistert! Das Gerät ist tatsächlich nicht soooo laut, wie ich es erwartet habe, laut alle Kommentare. Ich lauter wir ein Küchenmixer, geht aber. Die Mühle mahlt in kürzester Zeit Hülsenfrüchte, Getreide oder Nüsse in feines Mehr. Ich mache das immer in 30.Sekunden-Schritten und schaue dann immer nach, ob mir die Feinheit des Mehls so gefällt. In der Regel benötige ich 4x 30 Sekunden, um ein tolles Hafermehl, Reismehl oder Lindenmehl zu bekommen. Ich habe das gleiche Gerät noch einmal für meine Freundin als Geschenk bestellt.
Es hat alles super geklappt (sowohl zu mir nach Bremen wie auch zu meiner Freundin nach Österreichisches Hohentauern) und kann die Webseite sowie das Gerät wirklich absolut weiterempfehlen! Genial, wenn man so eine Mühle in eigener Küche haben kann!! Vielen vielen Dank!
