I used it 5 times and it broke! The electronics fried and can’t adjust time or temp

When I started working with my heat press, I could not get the temperature right. I emailed them and all I got back was to play more with the temperature. I finely got my self a heat gun and I set the heat press at 235c. When it was read I tested it with a heat gun. The front was only 151c, sizes 179c & 121c, middle 180c and the back was only 145c. Also tested the tumbler and it was no better - at 200c it was, middle 145c, sides 126c, one end and the other was 122c. I wish I had my heat gun earlier as I would have gotten a refund.

This item came severely damaged. Luckily it did not effect heating element- but I believe it effects the pressure. Vevor was not willing to refund (but a partial to be used for future purchases). Contacted customer service many times. The most recent was to ask what both of the foam pads were for. They said that my question had to be upgraded to their technological Dept.! Seriously! By the time they got back with me, I had already figured it out myself. Their return policy is not a positive one! I think if I paid for a brand new unit, I should’ve got a brand new unit and not a damaged one!

Registers 40-45 degrees cooler than the read out. I ruined one dtf transfer and a shirt trying to get it to work. Contacted customer service first day and their response was my infrared thermometer is wrong. They don’t respond to my emails, no suggestion to switch out Control unit or programming. Are ignoring my request to return for refund. Judging by the time of their generic correspondence I’m guessing it’s a Chinese based company that doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or customer service. If the press worked I’d recommend it, but check other manufacturers before you buy

Nach schneller Lieferung und einem ersten guten Eindruck kam nach kurzer Zeit die erste ernüchterung. Denn die ersten Versuche Tassen mit Submilationsdruck zu verschönenern ging gleich in die Hose, da die Tassenpresse zu den Rändern hin scheinbar in der Temperatur abfällt und somit an der Oberseite, sowie an der Unterseite der Druck deutlich blasser ist als im Zentralen Bereich. Nach 15 Tassen mit unterschiedlichsten Einstellungen überwog der Frust und das Gerät verschwand erst einmal in der Ecke.

Op zich een fijne pers die goed werkt. Het enige nadeel is de mijn hitteplaat niet overal recht. Er zijn 2 hoeken die wat omhoog hellen. Heb contact gezocht met de servicedesk maar dat verloopt moeizaam, ik krijg een oplossing toegezonden om m’n controlbox te resetten terwijl dit het hele probleem niet is

J'ai acheté en Mai cette presse à chaud pour mon activité de flocage textile, nous sommes en juillet et la presse est complètement dégradé ! le plateau n'est plus a plat, les vis à l'intérieur frotte une paroi et ça fait pleins de particules noirs, qui au passage m'ont taché des T-shirts blanc pour des clients, pendant que j'était entrain de floquer. Franchement je suis tellement déçu, car je voyais les commentaires négatif et aussi positif et je me suis dit que j'allais tenter en voyant ce que ça aller donner. Et bien TRÈS DÉÇU comme la plupart de ces commentaires.. Il vaut mieux mettre un certains prix, plutôt que d'acheter cette presse à moins de 150€ mais qui ne fait pas dutout l'affaire !

My box was damaged during shipping. The styrofoam was broken all the way through the box . The tumbler pieces were damaged and the main press plate handle was damaged . I was so excited for this . It was one of my bday presents. Thank goodness I purchased the shipping insurance that was offered at checkout. I have filed a claim. So we will see what happens. I wish I could write a review on how it works. Once I get my replacement I will update my review.
