Generell ist das Rack solide und relativ einfach zusammen zu bauen. Die Anleitung die beiliegt ist verständlich geschrieben und mit Bildern ausgestattet. Ich war von den Bildern her etwas skeptisch, ob die mitgelieferten Räder ein Gewicht von ein paar Servern aushalten, aber in echt wirken sie sehr solide und bisher gab es keine Probleme. Notfalls gibt es aber auch normale Standfüße mitgeliefert, die stattdessen angeschraubt werden können. Man sollte auf jeden Fall mit einem Alku Schrauber das Rack zusammenbauen, da die Schraublöcher ziemlich eng sind sodass viel Kraft aufgewendet werden muss, um die Schrauben vernünftig rein zu kriegen. Die mitgelieferten Fachböden sind auch ziemlich praktisch und wirken qualitativ auch gut.

I purchased the VEVOR 12U Open Frame Server Rack a few months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. From start to finish, the experience was great. Assembly was a breeze — all the holes were perfectly aligned, and the instructions were clear and straightforward. It didn’t take long at all to get everything set up. What really impressed me was the build quality. This rack is very sturdy and strong — much more solid than I expected at this price point. The adjustable depth feature (15''-40'') made it incredibly versatile for my setup, and the option to either free-stand or wall-mount it is a huge plus. The casters are a nice touch too, making it easy to move around when needed. Overall, this rack exceeded my expectations in every way. It holds all my networking and AV gear securely, looks clean and professional, and feels like it will last for years. Highly recommended!

Product was very sturdy, easy to assemble, and very functional. I use it as a 3d printer stand and use the shelves to hold an ACE pro plus filament.

Open frame, easy to build in just one hour. It is solid and functional. Deep can be easily set to fit any server. I use this with two 4U servers, 1U KVM, 1U power distributor and there was still enough space for both shelves. Easy to move from place to place thanks to wheels. Which you can lock. On top a place for monitor and keyboard. Perfect!

The perfect solution for my ever expanding Communications network at home. Being on casters it is easy to move around and slide to the rear of my extisting rack under the desk in my home office. The instructions are good and the materials / stock that the unit is constructed from make it a very strong product. It took about an hour to assemble while watching the news and I am very happy with the result. Fully recommend it to anyone looking for an extra 12RU of Rack Space.

Great rack for the price. Thankfully my partner is a mechanical engineer, and was able to help assemble. While the components are labeled, it would have taken me longer to do it solo. No regrets, If the need arises, I will purchase another.

Easy to assemble, comes directly disassembled with very easy to understand mounting instructions. Looks sturdy enough to hold some homelab equipment. I didn't mount the wheels, I put it directly on the floor and it looks pretty ok.

This was quite easy to assemble. It's strong. The wheels are good for normal floors/carpets. I swapped for larger wheels and a wood bottom to close it in. The trays have the front lip going upwards, so it blocks some devices. I tried to put the tray upside down but it blocked too many screw holes. A+ product. A+ support.

Rack went together easy and functions great as a home lab network setup in my case. Lots of screws for assembly but it was fun to put together.

Ich suchte ein Open Frame Rack für mein Home lab. Habe ich gefunden! Als es geliefert wurde hatte ich keine hohen Erwartungen. Als ich das Rack ohne die Versteifungswinkel zusammengeschraubt hatte war es sehr woppelig. Ich dachte das Reck bricht unter dem Gewicht meiner Server garantiert zusammen. Meine Meinung änderte sich allerdings schlagartig als ich die acht Versteifungswinkel angeschraubt habe. Dadurch wurde das Rack sehr stabil. Die Rollen gleiten sehr leicht über den Boden, ich kann dem Rack ohne Bedenken einen Schubs geben und in eine Richtung des Raumes rollen lassen. Auch wenn es dann an irgendeinem Möbelstück anstößt verzieht es sich nicht. Als Tipp für die Handwerker: mit einem Akkuschrauber zusammenschrauben aber mit Drehmomentsperre. Ich habe einen von Metabo genutzt auf Drehmomentstufe 6. Wenn man es mit der Hand zusammen schraubt kann man die Schrauben zu fest verschrauben und damit. Es sind genügend Ersatzschrauben dabei, man darf einige verlieren und man muss echt nicht an Schrauben sparen. Ich bin mit dem Kauf für meinen Bedarf sehr zufrieden.
