I have used this winch and it works great. Only 4 stars because there was a part missing when I received it. They did a great job of taking care of the problem

I will mount this winch this weekend and will give it a try then, but be warned that in order to mount it, you will need special nuts--the bottom holes are not threaded, but rather have slots into which a nut would go, but they're too wide to hold standard 3/8" nuts captive. Sooo, in order to make it work, I picked up some rectangular nuts that are normally used on Unistruts and used an angle grinder to grind them down until they fit. Including the nuts and bolts would be a huge help, Vevor! Also, the pictures suggest that the fairlead can be mounted on the winch without any accessories, but that's not the case--I had to head to Harbor Freight to buy a fairlead mount. Between that mount, the Unistrut nuts, and my time to make the nuts fit, the low cost of this unit wasn't actually so low. I assume the winch itself will work well, but it not I'll add to my review.

Luckily nothing was broke, bent, or missing because the box was in shambles. This is way to heavy to ship in a cardboard box and styrofoam, the driver couldn't lift it they had to drag it, it was upside down when I got it and things were falling out the bottom as i carried it in my garage. As far as I can tell the winch itself is a great buy, nothing compares price wise for the power. Only time will tell. I think I made a good buy!?!?

Si e rotto il relè dalla marcia indietro solo 3 volte usato non e affidabile facendo così si perdono clienti perché l'affidabilità e la prima marcia per vedere.... Se per favore mi mandate il link del relè giusto da comprare lo prendo subito

It worked once, looks like one of the solenoids stopped working, and its not even winter yet. now Vevor will probably ask me to make a video to warranty a 20. part

Got 2 of these installed on my equipment trailer. Used to pulled containers onto my deck. They had a tough time handling 13000 lbs. One has started to make an awful grinding noise, now the 2nd is starting to do the same. Ive contacted customer service and sent them videos as they asked, now they've ghosted me and wont respond when it comes to warranty. Be warned.
