The Grinder i bought is not working, the light indicator was not turning on , I tried to return it but the pictures couldn't uploaded.

Stopped working after few short runs!

Ne conseil pas du tout le produit le robot a pris feu à la premier utilisation on broyer des graines pourtant très déçu quand on demande un remboursement ou un échange il faut toujours attendre 48h ou plus pour qu’il réponde impossible de les contacter fuit vraiment

Niestety jestem bardzo rozczarowany tym młynkiem. Mam zwykły, tani młynek domowy, który mieli znacznie lepiej niż ten, który miał być „profesjonalny”. Spodziewałem się dużo lepszej jakości i efektywności, a w praktyce produkt nie spełnia moich oczekiwań. Zakup okazał się nietrafiony i bardzo tego żałuję 😞

Horrible machine. Came defective. Took over a week off emailing to get them to refund me. Will never buy from you again.

Sparks flew, it smelled like it was burning, and the motor stopped working within days of when I purchased it. The timer doesn’t work either. I only loaded it half way. It was not an error on my part.. The electric smell from the motor permeated our whole place for 2 days. Customer service has yet to fix or replace it although I bought the service plan and this all occurred within 2 weeks of purchase. I keep getting emails from Vevor telling me to “be patient” and that it was sent to someone higher up. I purchased the same machine a couple of years ago and have not had trouble. Maybe they changed Chinese factories where it was made — I don’t know — but it hurt my small business. Customer service, when I did the initial online chat, couldn’t even tell me if it was safe to use or a fire hazard. I am very, very disappointed. I gave them my phone number and asked for a call back but never received one. I sent in the info they requested and when I did not hear from Vevor I recontacted the company and was told to send in the same info I had already sent in. They sadly get a grade of F.

El molino llegó defectuoso, el motor no funciona correctamente. Inmediatamente notifiqué al vendedor y nunca me dieron una respuesta. Solo replicaban la conversión que yo ponía en el chat para pedir una solución. Muy mala compra, el producto muy malo. Jamás recomendaría, ni volvería a comprar nada en VEVOR.

I am writing this review with real disappointment and frustration, because I honestly did not expect such an experience. VEVOR advertises a 30-day free return, but in my case this policy was only true on paper. From the very first use, the product showed behavior that made me uncomfortable from a safety perspective, including a visible electrical spark during startup. From the beginning, I contacted customer support only through messages and emails, clearly stating that I wanted to return the product. What followed was an extremely exhausting process: around 10 days of messaging, waiting, delayed responses, repeated requests for videos, and ultimately no real action toward processing the return. In the end, instead of accepting the return, I received a generic, copy-paste response claiming the behavior was “normal” and that I could use the machine “with confidence.” Given my personal concerns about safety, this response was very upsetting and disappointing. No return label was provided. No refund process was started. And at no point did I feel that my concerns were taken seriously. This review reflects my personal experience. Unfortunately, it did not match the return policy or level of customer care I expected, and because of this experience, I personally will not purchase from VEVOR again.

Item damaged on 1st use.. reported next day. cus rep took 15days to reply me to fix the problem yourself. After fight, i got half of the cost .. for one day use, i pd 50% cost.. Never recommend to anyone in the future.. Good bye to this company
