Dès le branchement, les plombs ont sautés. je ne réitère pas l'expérience... donc à la poubelle

Moulin qui ne fonctionne plus après 2 utilisations, en attente de remboursement ou d'échange. Nous avons remis les charbons neufs (joint dans le colis), ne fonctionne toujours pas... Pas simple de communiquer avec cette entreprise, nous changerons de fournisseur, et espérons que pour les 2 produits en litiges chez eux , ils solutionneront au plus vite. Je déconseille l'achat de leurs produits fonctionnent à moteur...

Ok pour faire de la farine, même avec l'avant dernière taille de trous. De plus je suis uniquement francophone et rien n'est traduit. Donc .. ....... ⁰

Hi I ordered this product in May 2026. Today sparkles came from bottom while using and stoped working. Very disappointed.

I was disappointed that the Grain Mill shut down during its very first use. There is no telephone number to reach a live representative, so all customer service must be handled online. While the initial acknowledgment of my service request was prompt, the technical support response was slow and did not meet the timelines stated on the company’s website. When they finally replied, I chose to request a refund rather than accept an exchange. A product failure on first use, combined with delayed support, led to that decision. We replaced the unit with a competitor’s brand that offers a telephone support line and access to a live representative. Although it cost more, the product performs exceptionally well. Their customer service team is knowledgeable, responsive, and able to answer usage questions without difficulty. They speak fluent English, and the manual is clearly written and easy to understand. Additionally, the service manual was poorly translated from Chinese to English. Inaccurate or awkward translations always raise concerns about whether the writer fully understands the product they are describing.

Pratique pour mixer et moudre des aliments, mais très compliqué pour la nettoyer, impossible de la démonter pour nettoyer. Conception pas adéquate, entretien très compliqué. Très déçue de mon achat

Jai reçu un produit qui était déjà utilisé et reconditionné. Je veux retourner le produit et je suis très déçue. Plus d'achat de produits vevor. Premier achat ! Pas réussi d'envoyer un produit neuf.

I purchased this grain mill, and after only two uses, it has stopped working. Its total operating time was less than 5 minutes. It ran for 3 minutes the first time, and the second time (two weeks later), I set it for 4 minutes, but it stopped after less than two and a half minutes. I used it only to grind rice.
