Fast delivery in reinforced packaging. The quality of the material and the stitching is top notch. The size is accurate, when stretched we measured 18'2" x 34'1". The metal strap end caps come off very easily, do not pull on them. The number of straps shown on most pictures on the website are always way more then the actual and it feels misleading. There's a disclaimer that they are for reference only and the actual number - 24, 4 on the short sides, 8 on the long sides - is under one of the pictures in small print, but still. The resulting panel size is 6' x 4'10 1/4". 5 straps and 9 straps would give 4'6" x 4'3" and would also help position the cover for installation, because all sides would have a middle strap that could be aligned with the mid points of the sides of the pool. The included tools work, the anchors are good. They are for concrete, if you need anchors for wood, interlock or grass you have to get them somewhere else. I reassembled the springs. They did not lay flat even under tension, they were standing up on their heels. They can be taken apart and put back together without tools. In the attached picture the back one is how it came, the front one is how I like them. Overall good cover for the right price. Excellent workmanship and quality.

The cover was delivered on time. It was well boxed. Due to the exceptionally snowy and harsh winter in Barrie,ON I have not been able to fully inspect or install the cover so my ratings are only based upon a brief glance of the contents in the box. Hence 4 stars. It should be a great visual and protective improvement to my current snap in winter cover which failed due to shrinkage in only 3 years. Se ve de buen calidad, pero en mi caso me sobran unos centímetros por cada lado, lo que me ha obligado a poner unas estacas de hierro en la tierra de l perímetro de la piscina, esta medida era la mas cercana a la necesidad de la piscina, los tacos de laton que se incluyen tambien son robustos aunque solo pude usar un par porque las medidas de la cubierta no me Permitian ponerlos en la piedra de coronacion, la broca necesaria es de 1/2 pulgada, nada facil encontrar esta medida porque aquí usamos mm.

Selected a winter pool cover for my house in Greece, and had the item shipped to the destination. Unfortunately, it was slightly too small (my fault), so I had to contact customer services to resolve the problem. Over the course of 3 - 4 prompt e-mail responses, the whole issue was sorted out to my complete satisfaction. The people involved were courteous, professional, and most helpful. Over all the quality for price was good. The only issue was the cover is not the same size as purchased or labeled. I ordered a 16x32, 18x34 was the actual measurement. The problem is I may not have enough adjustment to keep it from sagging into the pool as it stretches. I installed the brass pins as far out as possible on the 40 inch concrete slab surrounding the pool. I believe it will still do the job. This winter will be the real test.
