I bought this for a job, used it then "fixed it". I had to make a 12" dia. disk, then make slots in the disk. I had the worst chatter while turning the handle and cutting. Also seemed to have tight spots. When I finished the job, I took the table apart to see if there was anything I find that would cause this, maybe some backlash or something I could fix. The table works by turning the handle, which drives a worm gear set. The hub of the worm gear is (should have been) bolted to the table top. There are two sets of bolts for this job. What I found was they had counterbored one of the sets too small. So the socket head cap screw would not down the bore. This in turn didn't have enough threads engaged to hold the hub onto the table and they had all backed out or were stripped out. There is 6 of these screws and one of the six didn't even line up and was missing. The other set of holes had a chamfer on the bottom for socket head cap screws, so the bottom of the SHCS made point contact with the chamfer. The fix was to take the right sized end mill and correct the counterbores. To finish, I broke all the edges with a file and stoned the flat surfaces. For the price, some "rework" should be expected. I expected I would have to remove burrs. I didn't expect to have to fix holes. The customer for this table will likely have the skills to rework this table as it comes out of the box.

Les marquages des divisions semblent moins prononcées que sur les photos présentant la table rotative sur le site VEVOR en ligne. Ils semblent n'être qu'un marquage laser de surface. Un gravage plus profond aurait été préférable pour une durée dans le temps mais j'espère avoir tord de penser ainsi. J'ai enlevé une étoile pour cela.

Per renderlo più preciso l'ho smontato e rimontato eliminando diversi giochi; inefficiente il blocco realizzato con una vite da 4 mm che però si appoggia solo per la metà della sua sezione; l'ho sostituita con una da 5 mm e aggiunta un'altra. Adesso blocca bene. Complessivamente un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo utilizzo su una fresa realizzando un apposito supporto per le lavorazioni di alluminio e piccoli asporti di acciaio.

Fast delivery as ever. The round table comes a llitle bit rough. all edges has to deburred. The slots for positioning keys are a little bit under dimensioned so a dremel tool was needed. My key slots in my milling table is 12mm, but the keys some with 16mm, so I had to get a pair of these else there. Fixing these small issues and you end up with a good round low priced round table.

Also, im Prinzip macht das Teil was es soll. Folgendes gibt es zu bemängeln: Die Rändelschraube zum Feststellen ist zu klein. Ich habe sie durch eine Spannschraube ersetzt, ansonsten ist eine sichere Arretierung während des Fräsens nicht möglich! Die Lasermarkierungen der Gradskala sind sehr kontrastarm und nicht gut abzulesen, die Oberfläche des Spannfutters ist kurz vor verrostet, nicht wie zu erwarten laut Foto. Scharfe Kanten an den Backenaufnahmen müssen nachgefeilt werden, anfangs läuft alles hakelig. Die Schlitzfräsungen am Tisch sind sehr kurz, mit Schraube und Mutter aufspannen geht so gerade... Ansonsten macht das Teil was es soll, ich habe keine Idee, bei welchem Preis ein echter Qulitätssprung zu erwarten wäre. Für Hobbyanwender reicht es.
