Got this for personal use to cut spines off of certain books and then spiral bind them. Gets the job done (unlike the Fiskars ProCision I tried for more money, complete waste of time). I don’t like that the cuts are always angled, though. But after watching videos and reviews of similar machines, it seems like that’s just inevitable because of the glue and being unable to prevent shifting. Good little machine for the money. Just have a dedicated space for it because it’s fairly heavy so moving it often won’t really be the best option. Assembly was fairly simple with the photos.

This heavy-duty paper cutter has been a game changer. The cutter is incredibly sturdy and slices through thick stacks of paper with precision and ease. The delivery was quick, and the paper cutter arrived in excellent condition.

Ordered the 18" model. Sturdy and effective. No problems cutting the entire length of the blade. No complaints, except for the mildly annoying rubber feet that keep falling off. Not a big deal, though. Just a nuisance. Makes a great cat bed and tripping hazard when you're too lazy to put it away properly. Might eventually pick up the 17" model with the clamp, considering how sturdy this "simple" 18" model is. The cat might appreciate it.

I have been looking for a way to cut wood veneer more efficiently than the typical veneer saw. I have used a typical paper cutter with minimal success. This guillotine cutter however works better than anything. 90% of its use is crosscuts as veneer is often too long for it to perform rips cuts. It will also cut one than one at a time.

Do you want a paper cutter that will go through more than 100 sheets smooth like butter? Yes? You want this one. You want one that will slice through a textbook like it's not even there? Yes? You want this one! You want to not break the bank to get an industrial paper cutter? Yes? Then you want this one. 10/10 best paper cutter I have ever owned and I currently own 6 different models including the guillotine version. This one, hands down, is the easiest to set up and use by a landslide. The "safety" feature is not for children. You absolutely have to be careful with that blade because it's not playing around. Junk journalers who want the outer edges to be even? Yep. This one is for you. Cardstock, cardboard, fingers, yep, it'll cut through every last one of those things without missing a beat and without that pesky safety lever having to be engaged each time you move the blade. I'm utterly sold. I've only had it about a month and I have already used it infinitely more frequently, effectively and efficiently than any of my previous devices.
