Recoil starter broke first day. Very disappointed, but things happen. What really sucks though is customer support said they’re going to send a replacement recoil starter for me to put on. Oh and it would take 10-15 days to arrive. So I bought a brand new weed eater, it broke immediately, and now I have to wait 2 weeks to repair it myself. Terrible customer care.

Hei, Olen erittäin pettynyt tilaamaani VEVOR 6-in-1 -monitoimityökaluun ja sen mukana toimitettuihin varusteisiin. Ensinnäkin toimituksessa kesti huomattavan kauan, ja kun paketti viimein saapui, oli sen ulkopakkaus jo osittain vaurioitunut. Paketista löytyi myös rikkinäisiä tuotteita: Suojalasit olivat rikki. Suojakypärän visiiriverkko oli vaurioitunut. Lisäksi mukana toimitettujen suojavarusteiden koko ja laatu ovat todella suuri pettymys. Hanskat vaikuttavat olevan mitoitettu lapsille, ja myös suojakypärä sekä kuulosuojaimet ovat niin pienet, etteivät ne mahdu kunnolla päähäni. Näitä varusteita ei siis käytännössä voi käyttää turvallisesti. Tuotteen mukana toimitettu säilytyskassi on myös täysin käsittämätön. Mukana tulleet työkalut ja varusteet eivät edes mahdu siihen. Mikä tällaisen kassin tarkoitus oikein on, jos siihen ei saa mahtumaan tuotepaketin sisältöä? En ole vielä ehtinyt koekäyttää itse moottorikäyttöisiä työkaluja, joten niiden toimivuudesta tai laadusta en osaa tässä vaiheessa sanoa mitään. Jos niiden laatu kuitenkin vastaa mukana toimitettujen varusteiden tasoa, tulen vaatimaan koko tuotepaketin palauttamista ja kauppahinnan hyvittämistä. Odotan teiltä nyt selvitystä siitä, miten aiotte korjata tilanteen ja hyvittää vaurioituneet, vääränkokoiset sekä käyttötarkoitukseensa soveltumattomat tuotteet. Toivon asian pikaista ja asianmukaista käsittelyä.

Le produit a marché dans l’essai et après iil ne marche pas j’ai essayé a plusieurs reprise ça ne démarre pas Et j’ai eu une blessure à cause de ça !!!!

Am 5.september habe ich das Gerät gekauft, aber Gerät funktioniert nicht.. Egal was ich gemacht habe ohne Erfolg.. seit 4tage ich kann keiner erreichen das ich Geräte wieder Zürück schicken kann.. werde ich nie wieder bei VEVOR was kaufen, und werde ich auch meine rechtliche wegen aussuchen..!!!!❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

1 ) Tête de tronçonneuse hors service après 30 minutes d’utilisation ( afin de tester la machine et de me la mettre en mains ). Graissage réalisé, niveaux huile de chaîne et carburant faits, utilisation et tests sur deux chênes différents et engrenage de rotation de l’axe de la chaine usé prématurément. Démontage de la tête de rotation de la tronçonneuse Bilan : Dents cassées et aucun morceau de dents retrouvé et mélangé à la graisse dans la cage de l’engrenage conique. Donc mauvaise qualité des engrenages coniques. 2 ) Démarrage à chaud impossible Après 30 minutes : obligé de démonter la bougie, de la sécher, de la faire refroidir avec un compresseur à air afin que le moteur puisse redémarrer, super pour du neuf 👌🏼 Sinon c’est pratique afin d’élaguer à 4 - 5 m de haut ENFIN quand ça fonctionne parfaitement … Étant Spécialiste du forestie, et de la petite mécanique thermique d’engin agricole et paysage

Hard pass on this item broke after 2 uses contacted vevor they are sending a replacement part in 4 to 6 weeks should be getting nice and cold by then and no use for it until next year. Even after I get the new part I have been youtubing it and its not gonna be easy to put on. Just not happy with this product.

it was good when it was new now six months down the road and i think i only used it like maybe 8 to 10 times and today i was gonna trim my yard and the start rope snapped and also the handle triggered seems comming apart so now i dont know if i can even fix this i might aswell stick to toro and other brand name

Read al reviews before you purchase. Mine arrived with 2 plastic pars broken due to the thin poor design. also on the 3rd use of this 63cc tool with the circular blade... the 3 bolts that secure the fuel tank fell out in the brush I was cutting. It stalled and the tank was hanging by the fuel line with the return fuel line pulled off the engine. it took almost 3 weeks for Vevor customer service to actually address the broken plastic after several generic emails asking me for patience. After the bolts were lost and 2 grommets that hold the tank were lost. I asked for a return as it seemed to me this tool will be a constant maintenance issue. They initially offered me $20 for my inconvenience. I stood my ground and eventually got the whole refund. Now they refuse to offer me to buy the parts to repair this tool.
