Great product super happy with quality. Only wish it came with the hex head machine screws that match the slide blocks threads. That's my bad for not reading the description throughly as they are not listed in the kits materials list. Probably because the length needed may vary depending on the Guage of the material you plan to mount to. So heads up to potential buyers I recommend this product but you'll need 4 - m5 machine screws per slide block so 16 total for a two rail 4 block kit like this. Very inexpensive and available at any hardware store.

One of the rails arrived slightly bent - its base has a minor amount of wobble when placed on a flat surface - and the sliding blocks' travel mechanism is quite flimsy overall - made out of a fairly fragile plastic encasing the ball bearings. However, for the price, not a bad purchase. We'll see how it holds up over time.

Hi The rails are good but strange that the distance between the srews in the blocks dont fit the distance of the holes in the rails. So if you install two longitudinal and two transverse rails you need to make now holes.

The guide blocks for the two sets of rails are different sizes with different hole patterns. Also, the blocks for the 1200mm rails have through holes while the blocks on the 2200mm rails are not drilled all the way through. I can see no reason for the blocks to be different. This made measuring and drilling the acrylic pieces that came with the 2200mm rail much more difficult. In contrast the through holes on the 1200mm rail blocks made it very easy to mark and drill out the acrylic router plate. Please consider using the same through drilled blocks for ALL your guide rails and your future customers should be much happier with their purchases. You might also consider selling acrylic pieces that are designed to connect the guide blocks on the 2200mm guide to the end stops on the cross rails.
