Leider wie üblich nur China Schrott. Temperaturanzeige zeigt ganze 40°! zu wenig an, ergo 165° eingestellt., tatsächlich Platte nur 125°!! heiß, logisch die ersten Drucke versaut, da zu KALT. Schwenkarm nach außen lässt die Presse kippen, da der Fuss zu klein, zu schmal, muss an Tisch verschraubt werden. Ägere mich maßlos, dieses Teil gekauft zu haben. Absolut UNPROFESSIONELLES GERÄT!

Very easy to assemble but unfortunately, I can't use injst transfers. It requires sublimation ink which is a special printer. I was only planning on using for prototyping and in turn would be having Printify produce the items. That being said, I can't use it without getting the correct transfers. What's the worst that can happen if I use inkjet transfers. My rating is not based on being able to uses it yet

You get what you pay for.... Very lightweight, the main shaft bends when you use it. You have to tighten it every use and loosen it to swing the arm away It does work but takes patience compared to a more expensive model

Bolt loosened and leaves press swinging flimsy like rather than clam shell motion. Makes working very difficult and time consuming...

The element clicks loudly when heating up. It clicks continually because the press has to keep heating up when you are using it. It's very annoying.

Llegó rallada un cable de una resistencia casi fuera no tiene para tazas pequeñas lo de los platos es un corcho asta partes del color rosa en mal estado como si le hubiera caído algo encima parecía estar usada una pena que manden artículos así y vevor me quiere dar un descuento de 21 euros si ya la resistencia vale más cara

My experience with this product from Vevor has been nothing short of terrible. The press arrived damaged, so I filed a complaint. I was informed that my claim was approved and that they would send me the broken replacement part. Instead of the required teflon sleeve, they sent me four random screws. This feels like a very bad purchase and honestly like a tasteless joke at the customer’s expense. NEVER AGAIN. And I strongly recommend others to AVOID this seller as well.

Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente, me enviaron un número de tcket desde el 24 de febrero y no he sido atendido, el equipo que me vendieron no tiene el adaptador para la plancha para gorras...

Compré la planchadora a mediados de diciembre del 2025 y por razones de viaje lo abrí en febrero del 2026. El problema es que la temperatura no sube. Llevo 3 días intentando que me den soporte técnico y nada. Es una vergüenza que no te puedan dar soporte técnico. Tengo pedidos de sublimación y no puedo realizarlo. Le doy una valoración de cero. Tener cuidado al comprar esta marca, soporte técnico NADA. Empieza con 17 grados y se queda en 18 grados. Lo probé con los otros accesorios y nada. Es una vergüenza que no te puedan dar un soporte técnico.

The heat press is advertised as 12”×15”. After opening and measuring it, the actual pressing area is approximately 16 mm shorter (around half an inch). Because of this, I’m unable to print my design at the advertised size and will need to either alter the design or purchase another heat press from a company that accurately advertises its dimensions. Utterly disappointing especially after having prints already made to fit the press.
