I bought this machine to use for processing fruits and veggies. I wanted to get something more powerful than the kitchen aid juicer attachment. This this is awful… leaks from multiple locations due to poor design and a lack of understanding around fluid surface tension. You have to run the “pulp” through the machine 10 times just to get a decent run. I ended up just using the Kitchen Aid. The back pressure valve for juicing is great in theory, but it doesn’t work.

I bought this in anticipation for a bumper crop of tomatoes to replace my old solid hand mill. I don’t know how well the appliance works yet, but getting a question answered is like pulling teeth. They start you out with a ‘live chat’ that basically tells you someone will get back to you with 24-48 hours. No one calls, they leave an email and then you have to explain again and wait again for an answer. I can’t imagine what will happen if I ever need parts. I asked to return, they gave me a 60 dollar credit and told me to keep it. I think it comes from over seas. This may be a great appliance, but I’m pretty sure that was the last time I pay Vevor for anything

I used this machine for processing tomatoes. Even with skins being peeled and the tomatoes cored, it clogged constantly and made a mess out of the whole process. It took three times longer than it should have, and I definitely will be returning. The assembly process was easy but that is irrelevant since it didn’t work for the sole intention I had purchased it for.

No phone number to call to replace the missing part

We were disappointed, because we wanted an electric version of our Victoria strainer that does anything from apples to tomatoes to berries, but the Vevor didn’t work for making applesauce. It grinds up the peels and the seeds and puts it with the sauce. I had to throw out a lot of sauce because I didn’t want my daughter consuming apple seeds . Maybe it works better for tomatoes, I don’t know….

Very poor customer service. One minute they tell you that they have the missing parts and they’re going to send them out only to be lost in transit by the carrier and then turn around and tell you they don’t sell replacement parts which tells me they never had the parts to send me to begin with. You either have the replacement parts or you don’t!!!! The worst part is that when I received my product there was two parts that were NEVER included to begin with and they wouldn’t send me the parts that they neglected to put in the package. Below you will see the parts that were NEVER included the box…. Their mistake but I’m the one screwed because the machine was over $300 with taxes that I cannot use unless I have those parts.

On appearance, it seemed like a good product; however, on first and second use the plastic auger that grinds the tomatoes left plastic throughout my juice! I obviously can’t use sauce with millions of visible pieces of plastic in it! Over 6 bushel’s of tomatoes ruined! I just haven’t had the chance to try and return it, clearly it’s defective! BUYER BEWARE!

Please do not increase prices of the products as scam.

Today is April 18th - 2026. We have had this machine for quite a few months but because we had tomatoes from the previous year we froze our harvest from last year 2025. Today we put 4 bushels of frozen tomatoes from our 2025 harvest through this machine (or at least we tried to). What a piece of CRAP!!! It leaks like a sieve and right now my Husband is having to take the bottom of the machine apart as it is leaking tomato juice from every area. It looks like we may have to throw it out because the tomato juice has been sucked into the engine. We had to take it apart 4 times in the process of the pressing because it constantly got jammed and plugged up. And, I would love to send my pictures but they won't upload. Although it has been quite a while since we purchased this machine I will be asking to return it for a full refund. In previous years we have worked with a hand crank machine that worked better than this electric machine.
