I needed this for a fabrication job, it worked great. The only real down side is it is heavy, wich made it awkward to use

Caveman It worked just fine!
It worked as it was supposed to. Just as clunky as any other chain come along I have ever used, yet much less expensive.

I purchased it for lifting some speaker boxes. Still haven't figured out how to make that happen. But in the meanwhile, this worked great for another purpose; I needed to pull out some tree stakes which were far into the ground, which is rock. I set up a step ladder next to the stakes, hung this come along from the top of the ladder and wrapped the chain around the tree stakes. They came right out, yeah. Am pleased with it. It was tricky to figure out how to use the device and the included directions were not too helpful.

Evan Broken before I could use it and couldn’t get any help with replacement
It arrived broke could get any kind of help in replacing it and ended up just eating the cost. Buyer beware

This company is a total joke ! Its a shame I have ordered many orders .but when I have an issue with a missing 30 dollar car ramp ordered 2 recieved 1 and cannot get it resolved. If you have a issue good luck, all AI just take a practice run at trying to contact a human!

Jeremy Sheared threads off shaft and is stuck under tension 1st use
I bought this chain come along to pull 3/16 mild steel wear plates over an excavator bucket. 5 minutes into first use, the shaft that handle spins to tighten and loosen stripped the threads and is now stuck under load and wont tighten or release. Contacted customer service and was put on hold for close to 3 days. Their response was to "put under load, load is required for it to operate". Big help! I was able to complete the other side of bucket, that their come along isn't seized on, with a 2" rachet strap. Definitely shouldn't have fail that quick and easy.
