It worked fine for a week , then it would not stop continous feeding. Spent hours on chat and taking videos and letting their Techs try to solve problem online. Still have problems and would like to trade it in.

I bought this machine with very high hopes. When putting together, I discovered the item is defective. 1. The label holder A with belt groove does not slide through the shaft as shown on the manual. The bolt of the screw has been loosen and tested multiple times. This issue is preventing the machine to be setup for use. 2. The pairs of limit rings on the rollers (C) should be adjustable, however, there is no adjustment options. This is preventing the label to be guided as shown in the manual picture. Attached are photo/videos of the issues. I reached out to customer service to return, and they acknowledged the defect and advising me to manually modify the parts to make it work??? IT SUPPOSED TO WORK OUT THE BOX. I don't have time to file parts and risk breaking it. VEVOR Customer Service is not cooperating with me for my refund. Very bad company.

La mancanza di istruzioni e suggerimenti in Italiano, creano molte difficoltà per utilizzare il prodotto. Bisogna fare MOLTI tentativi prima di riuscire a farla funzionare correttamente, sprecando molto tempo e troppe etichette. Sicuramente chi ha esperienza con il prodotto, perché lo utilizza da tempo, è facilitato ma chi deve iniziare, impazzisce. Servirebbero le istruzioni nella lingua di chi acquista, con tutti i suggerimenti necessari. Inoltre mancava dalla confezione il fermaglio da applicare sul cilindro dove si avvolge lo scarto della bobina, ho dovuto inventarmene uno io.

Unfortunatley the machine arrived with a faulty sensor so it doesn't work so we cannot realy say anything about "Easy to Use or Quality ..." Replacement of the sensor turned out difficult and lenghty and still ongoing. No person to actually talk to or email direct just generic emails. So at this stage our purchse was very unsatisfying.

I purchased the automatic version and have never been able to get it to work properly. I wasted so many rolls of labels trying to make it function, but nothing worked. The user experience is terrible, and the setup is not intuitive at all. To make things worse, their customer service is by far the worst I’ve encountered — completely unresponsive and unhelpful. I had low expectations going in, but even those weren’t met. At this point, it feels like I’ve spent my money on a useless piece of equipment with no option for return or support. Save yourself the trouble — avoid this label applicator.
