Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und gut verpackt. Abgesehen vom automatischen Längsvorschub funktioniert auch alles tadellos. Dass ein bischen nachjustiert werden muss, hatte ich angesichts des sehr günstigen Preises erwartet. Der Antrieb für die Leitspindel weist jedoch zwei Fehler auf, die nicht ganz so einfach zu beheben sind. Wie auf Bild 1 zu sehen, greift das obere Zahnrad nicht in das Zahnrad auf der Leitspindel. Der Arm, auf dem die Zahnräder aufgereiht sind, hat nämlich unten eine nicht rechtwinklige Bohrung (Bild 2) und sitzt daher schief auf der Achse. Der zweite Fehler betrifft die Rastung der 3 Getriebestufen auf der Rückseite des rechten Drehknopfes. Die Bohrlöcher für die Rastungen middle und high sind zu einem einzigen, breiten Bohrloch verschmolzen (siehe Bild 3) und das Führungsloch für die gefederte Kugel ist ebenfalls aufgeweitet (Bild 4), sodass eine halbwegs sichere Rastung lediglich in der Stellung low möglich ist. Ich werde nun alles säubern, ölen und wieder zusammensetzen und die Maschine dann erstmal mit manuellem Vorschub verwenden. Immerhin machen Motor, Regelelektronik, Spindel und Maschinenbett einen soliden Eindruck.

Headstock tilted down .017 and out. All dovetails had to be remachined and scraped it. Grease and metal dust between all surfaces. This thing couldn’t cut much less hold the tolerances specified. I bought specifically for 32 tpi (listed) yet it will not cut 32 tpi bc it doesn’t come with the gears and isn’t listed in the manual as cutting 32tpi. Which is the whole reason I bout it. Now I have to figure out and purchase gears that should’ve been provided. Not only that. Imperial threads aren approximate and not exact. So it will bond if thread engagement is too long. I used a surface plate and a test indicator and my god nothing was even close to flat and parallel.

Gearbox and electronics seem to be of good quality. However, ways have been damaged during assembly or manufacturing. Toolpost has a lot of slack and is difficult to move at the same time. Hand wheels are hard to turn but also very loose. Overall the machine needs a lot of work if you want to make it even remotely accurate.

Bonne machine en global qui fonctionne bien mais manque de finition. J'ai reçu le mien avec des vis de correction de jeu de glissière tordu et mal réglé. Un capteur RPM mal positionné. l'alignement des poulies de courroies n'est pas top, la courroie fait du bruit.

$1100.00 boat anchor! Don’t buy this, the apron, cross slide, and compound looks like parts that should have been discarded. Bent and missing screws, apron not even machined square and binds on rack. I ve been a month trying to get some customer service! Which by the way seems non existent! Days in between email responses. Every excuse in the book and keep asking for more and more things! 1 month , NO RESOLUTION . I have an unusable lathe! I requested a return and refund and they closed my ticket without any response! RUN AWAY, pay a little more to a more reputable company!

Arrivé aujourd'hui, dans les temps et comme prévu , très bien emballé dans une caisse très pratique. En première approche tout est au complet. Par contre je suis étonné que VEVOR laisse, depuis longtemps, des indications d'encombrement erronées. La longueur n'est pas de 102.2 cm mais 112,4 cm pour le tour lui même et 114.5 cm avec son bac inférieur. Cela fait plus de 10 cm d'erreur ! Utilisation et qualité à l'usage non encore évaluées.

I have always bought Vevor products and up till now have found every Vevor product to be of high quality, with the exception of this metal lathe. I am very disappointed with this metal lathe and would not purchase again.

Kyseinen sorvi Ei sovellu metallin koneistukseen muuta kuin pienille osille. Luistien mekaniikka ja ruuvit eivät toimi luotettavasti. Teränpitimen alla oleva alumiinikappale joustaa sorvattaessa. En suosittele muuta kuin muoviosien sorvaukseen. Istukka on ok ja portaaton nopeudensäätö on toistaiseksi toiminut. Kärkipylkkä on ok verrattuna teränpitimiin ja poikkiluistiin. Ostos oli pettymys.

Vu le prix on peut s'attendre à mieux car matériel coupé à la hache ,aucune finitions j'ai dû tout reprendre et en plus rails non parallèle.
