The machine works great, the 20 foot length of cable are cumbersome. It has good power. And has worked great for the past six months.

I have had an issue with my main drain clogging. I have rented snakes on several occasions but the rentals have only been 60 footers. I decided to purchase one for future use and seen this 120 footer so decided to try it. Upon opening and setting up I noticed the gear would slip, after looking over the unit there is an oil hole that states to "ADD MOTOR OIL" I suspect this is a fill spot for a "WET CLUTCH" upon filling there were no issues, I did not see anything in the documentation mentioning this! The hole is "VERY SMALL" but was marked as add oil. I pushed the unit 60 feet and had to add another 60 feet before I got stuck, after pulling and reversing slowly and precisely, I was able to pull the snake out and the drain was completely cleared. It had not been that clear in over a "couple decade". The 120 feet was needed to remove ALL the clog.

Tool seems well made , simple easy to use design . Cables and attachments appear solid and just have that f el of a good quality tool when handled. My only issue was a shipping problem , item must have been dropped hard at some point , there was a crack in the top left side cover where I had to place a larger washer to secure it, and the clogged drive belt had come off , but was easily reinstalled without issue.

Facile à utiliser, dommage qu'il n'y a pas d'avance automatique du ressort, mais pour le prix c'est un bon matériel.

Gutes, preiswertes Gerät. Macht was es soll. Wenn man mit chinaqualität leben kann, ist es eine gute Maschine. Den Dorn zum zerteilen der Segmente wies eine Braue auf, welche abgeschliffen werden musste. Zudem ist das Spiralkabel ölig und schmutzig. Da man dieses sowieso in einen Abfluss steckt, spielt es keine Rolle. Für Kunden aus der Schweiz ist zu beachten, dass die Mehrwertsteuer und die Zollkosten noch dazu anfallen. Dies macht ca. 20% vom Kaufpreis aus.

Livraison nickel. L'outil marche très bien. Gant en peau vraiment utile. On est un peu seul face à la notice en anglais mais on comprend vite comment le faire fonctionner. Câbles un peu court et des têtes de récurage plus large serait un plus
