La maquina no funciona ,el boton de encendido no se activa y por lo tanto la maquina no inicia su ciclo.

Great ice machine while it lasts. Had this ice machine for 6 months then it died. Tried to reach out to vevor for the warranty but can't get anyone to respond. Buy somewhere else that actually stands behind their warranties.

We love the ice machine but had to put it in our garage since it came dented. I bought the insurance, did a claim and never heard from anyone. Too bad I had a cart full of Vevor items I wanted to buy but with poor warranty and unresponsive insurance I'll buy elsewhere.

Never again will I spend my money with this company. I received this ice machine severely damaged to my door step! I reached out to Vevor team to replace this machine. Vevor team responded with an unsatisfied response which ultimately resulting for me to rebox this damaged merchandise and haul to an Fedx location and wait until they receive the damaged item in order for me to get an refund or replacement. I recently had back surgery and I’m not able pick this item up or will able to fit this item in the car. Their decision is very inconsiderate and definitely inconvenient. I am highly disappointed in their decision to hold me accountable and make it my responsibility to return the item in order to receive a refund or replacement. 300.00 bucks they just took.

je voudrais savoir si il y a possibilité d'avoir des cubes de glaçons car la machine à glaçons que j'ai reçu fait des blocs de glaçons qu'i faut ensuite casser avec la pelle à glaçons donc ce n'est pas pratique et cela engendre une grande perte de temps. Y a t'il un reglage à faire sur la machine à glaçons pour remédier à ce problème ? Dans l'attente de votre retour d'information

I've never seen a ice maker that doesn't have a drain pump. This one does not come with one, not even an external one. Personally I feel that this specific feature or lack there of should be stated clearly for consumers looking at the unit to prevent the same issue I had after it arrived. I understand this is a me problem, but I still think this is misleading for people who have never purchased a ice maker before.

The machine is a little loud when running. The light inside the ice storage bin is already out. A little hard to get the ice thickness right and it freezes up every ones awhile. Overall it makes ice and does what i need.

Per il.prezxo, ha fatto il suo dovere, c'è anche la regolazione per la grandezza/durezza del ghiaccio, x casa va bene, per un bar ci vuole roba specializzata

Los hielos son bastante pequeños y huecos y para el precio que tiene debería mantenerlos congelados. Pensé en devolverla pero me hace falta, sin duda no la volvería a comprar ni la recomiendo

I don’t recommend this ice maker. Noticing after a couple of weeks water all over the floors. Took pictures of the problem where inside the unit you could see where water continues to drip from drain pipe. Contacted customer service. They said it’s condensation. Not so sure about that. Customer service wants me to wrap drain pipe with a sponge. I’m not about to disassemble the ice maker. The unit damaged my hardwood floors in my kitchen. Could this be an hazardous electrical problem.
