I’ve had this product for a year and a half. The rubber o-rings have broken and they offer no replacement pieces. I am willing to pay for o-rings but they will mot offer any after the 1 year warranty. I purchased this machine a year and a half ago now it is useless because of a part that may cost 50cent. As a small business owner this is DEVASTATING. I spent way too much money on this to not be able to get replacement parts.

Die Maschine wurde schnell geliefert und wir konnten 4 Wochen sehr gutes Softeis herstellen. Leider ging die Maschine nach diesen 4 Wochen bereits kaputt. Nun versuchen wir schon seit 3 Wochen mit der Firma VEVOR Kontakt aufzunehmen. Leider gibt es keine Servicenummer unter der man die Firma erreichen kann lediglich der Live Chat. Hier habe ich dann des Öfteren mein Problem geschildert. Habe auch 4x meine Telefonnummer durchgegeben, damit ich zurück gerufen werden kann. Niemand hat sich bisher gemeldet. Leider kann mir per Mail auch niemand weiter helfen es wird immer der gleiche Text geschrieben (wie von einer KI). Nun habe ich von meinem Garantie Recht gebrauch gemacht und die Rückgabe gefordert. Und nun gehen meine E-Mails auf einmal nicht mehr durch. Sehr merkwürdig. Es ist sehr schade das wir nun wegen so etwas einen Anwalt einschalten müssen.

el producto en sí es bueno lo que es malo es el delivery tarda eternidades , llamas para preguntar a servicio al cliente y no ellos saben dónde está el producto me dijeron que me reembolsarían y no eh recibido mi rembolso eso dijeron el 14 de agosto y es día que no tengo nada muy mal servicio por parte de la compañía la verdad compré 3 de estas máquinas la primera llegó muy bien la segunda nunca llegó ni la máquina ni mi rembolso y la tercera no ah llegado

Machine acheté en mai 2026, elle a fonctionné 3 semaines. L'appareil avait une fuite de gaz. Après une réparation, la machine a fonctionné 1 semaines et de nouveau une fuite (pas au même endroit). Depuis le SAV (qui est catastrophique) bloque la réparation en essayant de payer les réparations jusqu'à hauteur de la valeur du produit. Au final, je vais me retrouver avec une machine qui a a peine 2 mois sur les bras et qui ne fonctionne pas sans pouvoir faire quoi que ce soit. C'est inadmissible !!!

I would recommend this machine to anyone who wants to feed their customer or themselves microplastic and black goo, because when I received the unit, I find black particles still stuck to many parts, including the O rings. After I cleaned it off, I then discover that the cylinder scraper seems to be poorly made, with jagged edges all over, with plastic burrs still attached. I lubricated, installed the rings and parts according to the manual and started the machine. When I started the machine, it started making a bit more noises than I was expecting, so I stopped and opened the cylinder, only to discover black particle all around the inside of the cylinder. Upon removing the scraper/beater, I find this black goo at the very back, inside the female coupling. There's no phone number to call, so any communication takes a long time. Extremely frustrating.

Viel zu schwer, viel zu sperrig, viel zu laut, viel zu teuer. Eigentlich passt an diesem Gerät gar nichts. Und der Service von Venor ist das schlimmste. Eine absolute Katastrophe.
