La qualité est vraiment bonne, le mandrin n'a aucun jeu au niveau des mâchoires ! Je recommande très fortement !

The 5” Lathe chuck is very well made very good workmanship and very shiny

Finally I can get the most out of my WM-210 lathe, independently setting up the work piece takes a little more time but once you get hang of it, it's pretty quick. I get perfect concentricity now as you can tell by the picture, where with the 3-jaw chuck it was a lot of work to get "close" to concentric but not all the way. I drilled the spindle flange and since the chuck centers on the spindle center it really doesn't matter if the hole is perfect or not as long as the bolts feed through and you can mount it flush.

Excellent accessoire de tour. Ce mandrin est exactement ce qu'il me fallait. Seul problème : il est fixé par 4 vis au lieu de 3 vis comme les autres mandrins Vevor (mandrin 3 mors et mandrin 4 mors concentriques) : voir photo. J'ai du percer le faux-plateau pour fixer ce mandrin. Sinon parfait.

The mini lathe takes a 100mm 3 bolt chuck type K11 but there is no suitable 4 jaw available, so I bought this 125mm K72 4 bolt chuck and made an adaptor to fit. A K11 160mm face plate has the register and bolt pattern to fit the lathe spindle, all it needs is the face turned to replicate the K72 register with 4 bolt holes. This took a couple of hours to achieve and the chuck was finally fitted. It ran true but is a lot heavier than the 100mm chucks, made worse bt the cast iron face plate, so the face plate was reduced in diameter to 125mm, which noticably reduced the inertia of the whole set up. The chuck needed a strip, clean and greasing before use, one jaw was noticably tighter in its slot so all four were changed around until the best combination of fit was found. One is still a little tighter than the others but it will wear in with use. This is a nice chuck and the extra weight is quite useful to keep heavy cuts going smoothly. General advise is to use a 4 jaw chuck one size bigger than a 3 jaw and I think that is correct, it will enable holding of rectangular pieces with the jaws as far out as needed, as long as they clear the bed of course.

Non capisco perchè, in catalogo, lo stesso mandrino da 125mm nelle varie configurazioni ha attacco posteriore con 3 viti e 4 viti, ma nel dettaglio del contenuto è indicato 3 viti su tutti (K11-125 K12-125 K72-125). Io ho ricevuto un mandrino con atacco a 4 viti.

achat d'un tour 220x750 1100w 3 mords trois goujons plus mandrin adaptable 4mords 4 vis !!! ? donc c'est a toi d'adapter. 2 trous filtés dans le mandrin ou 3 trous dans le tour plus 4 goujons a part ça la qualité a l'air satisfaisante. mr vévor un petit effort vendez nous au moins une platine adaptation un bout de ferraille a dix €
