I ordered a clutch they sent me a little trim chainsaw now all the hassle of trying to return it then they keep saying if they dont hear from me in 24 hrs they will close the return even tho this is totally their fault

Nathan Skagen Bad clutch
I purchased this clutch as a replacement for my sons g14 cart. The quality is fine but since installing the cart is loud and the clutch has wrecked 3 belts in very short period. I'm can't see what's wrong with it but something isn't right. I went on customer service but there seems to only be set up for issues of wrong parts or shipping.
Vevor has been a good sight to order products from I just can't figure out why it's eating belts.
