I’ve been scouting around for a car fridge freezer for ages, and let's be honest, there’s an absolute mountain of options out there. I ended up going for a Vevor because their prices are incredibly competitive, it totally caught my eye. Right then, brilliant price, first box ticked! Next up, I did a bit of homework on their customer support. It was a bit of a mixed bag online, but to be fair, half the negative reviews looked like people just having a moan over nothing. The good reviews definitely outweighed the bad. Another box ticked. As for the quality? I did spot a tiny, microscopic cosmetic flaw, literally just a pinhole on one corner of the lid. It doesn't affect the performance one bit and is completely negligible, so I didn't care at all. And wow, this thing absolutely flies! Plugged into the wall socket (good old Canadian 120v), it dropped from 0 to 20 degrees Celsius in just 35 minutes. Absolutely mental! When you plug it into the car’s 12v socket, it takes a bit longer, about 45 minutes to an hour to hit that 20 mark. You also need to remember to switch the setting from high to eco mode when running it on the car's 12v system. My secret trick is to pre cool the fridge at home first, then just chuck it into the car on the day we’re heading out. I’d never owned a car fridge before because I honestly thought it was a bit of a gimmick, until I actually tried it. Now, whenever I do the grocery run, the anxiety about the meat, veg, and fruit spoiling is completely gone. It’s an absolute lifesaver for long road trips! The best bit of bonus luck? I drive a 2019 Kia Sedona SX. I took out the middle seat, popped the fridge right into the empty space, and it fit like it was custom made for the car. Absolute treat!

Je suis agréablement surpris de son efficacité. Niveau température, c'est top ! On arrive à des températures négatives assez rapidement. Pour l'avoir testé pour un pique-nique en pleine canicule, tout est resté bien au frais. Même arrêté dans le milieu de l'après-midi, les boissons sont restées fraîches en fin de soirée. La consommation électrique n'est pas très élevée. Nickel !

Super leise, super Leistung super kalt

Bought this for my Kenworth T680. Slides into the hole meant for the factory fridge, plugs into the 12v socket and works great. Can carry drinks and food with me, saves money and time not stopping at truck stops now. I set it at 40 degrees amd it maintains it all day and night. Like the low voltage feature, it will shut off instead of draining truck batteries. Cools down very fast. Phone app works by Bluetooth, so have to be close to use it, but makes it easy to adjust settings and occasionally check that it's maintaining temp. Pretty lightweight also, easy to lift into the truck and move around.
