Oven works fine, distributes heat unevenly and need to constant move product. but it gets to temp the way it should and has been a blessing overall.

The oven is a nice size and it was easy to set up. However the temperature control is iffy at best I've had to play with it a lot just to get it close to the temperature that I need. I do rotate my baking pans but the oven has hot spots on the edges no matter what I do. Which means quite often 4 cookies in a pan of 12 May be really dark and something that I cannot sell. I've had to take the full pan out and remove the four off early, then put the pan back in to continue the baking which is a lot of extra work I did not expect.

I purchased this for my restaurant to make desserts. There is more of a learning curve than I anticipated. The oven works fine, it is just difficult to calculate time and temperature to bake certain things when coming from a conventional oven. I haven’t had it that long and am still working on mastering it.

It’s a beautiful piece. However the timer is not accurate. The oven does not bake evenly even when the item is rotated as in normal rotation of any product in any oven. Vevor did replace the timer button but the same problem exists. So I just use a separate timer.. not real happy with it.

I think it's too expensive for it not to heat homogeneously when cooking bread, it's not the first time I've tried it and in all of them it always cooks more than one side, depending on the level you put it on its four rods, literally they all cook differently
