The machine originally arrived damaged during the shipping process. Vevor was extremely responsive and immediately shipped out a replacement machine.
Once we received a working machine it was super simple to setup and the machine operates, greatly! We have cold lemonade to serve our customers and they love it!

Drink machine arrived on time. Opened it and found the top of one of the containers was shattered and there was a small dent on the front face. Contacted the company via their customer service platform. Unable to verbally chat so it’s a message fest. They appear to be trying to resolve the issue but still waiting on positive response. These things can happen during shipping. Not upset but am under a deadline to prep upcoming season. Have used their products in the past and happy with their product. We shall see how this one progresses.

Product came damaged in shipping and waiting for few weeks for the replacement bins to arrive but the machine started shaking while cooling and ended up retuning it.
