Alles vorhanden. Die Anleitung könnte ein wenig detailreicher sein. Es hat alles funktioniert. Für den Preis kaum zu schlagen. War bereits im Einsatz und hat funktioniert. Würde ich wieder kaufen und ist zu empfehlen.

Brennergebnis ist spitze. War unser erster Versuch und haben bislang nur den Maischebehälter gegen einen größeren getauscht. Was fehlt ist eine Schauglas an dem man den Füllgrad des Maischebehälters erkennen kann. Funktioniert schlecht auf einem Kochfeld mit Strom weil sich der Boden durch die Hitze ungleichmäßig ausdehnt aber perfekt auf Gas und geht auch schneller weil die Hitzeentwicklung wesentlich höher ist. 2 KW Strom gegen 8 KW Gas

einfach zu verwenden in der Handhabung und Technik, im praktischem Betrieb braucht es wohl Übung in der Auswahl und Menge des verwendeten Materials, das ist eben auch Geschmacksache im wahrsten Wortsinn, es macht Spaß damit zu experimentieren und zu sehen wie sich verschidene Zutaten am Ende auswirken.

We have distilled hydrosols for the last three years using a traditional copper alembic, but it is showing its age, so we thought we would try this unit for the same purpose. Now I wish we had this three years ago :) The job is made so much easier and with the thermostatic control and large capacity means we can produce four or five liters of hydrolat in a single batch. The quality is reasonable, a little light in some areas, but as a whole its great value for money.

I was quite impress with the quality, easy to assemble and use, made the mistake of not buying one with a thumper but I ended up watching quite a few utube vids and made a double thumper with copper sheet, copper pipe and mason jars and a few fittings to connect to this still, copper sheet 24 gauge, easy peez. just ran a vinegar/water solution through it and waiting for my peaches to finish fermentation. I am no expert but this thing was a snap. The instructions leave a lot to be desired so go on utube and there are so many vids about this particular still you'd have to be daft to mess it up.
