Fast delivery in reinforced packaging. The quality of the material and the stitching is top notch. The size is accurate, when stretched we measured 18'2" x 34'1". The metal strap end caps come off very easily, do not pull on them. The number of straps shown on most pictures on the website are always way more then the actual and it feels misleading. There's a disclaimer that they are for reference only and the actual number - 24, 4 on the short sides, 8 on the long sides - is under one of the pictures in small print, but still. The resulting panel size is 6' x 4'10 1/4". 5 straps and 9 straps would give 4'6" x 4'3" and would also help position the cover for installation, because all sides would have a middle strap that could be aligned with the mid points of the sides of the pool. The included tools work, the anchors are good. They are for concrete, if you need anchors for wood, interlock or grass you have to get them somewhere else. I reassembled the springs. They did not lay flat even under tension, they were standing up on their heels. They can be taken apart and put back together without tools. In the attached picture the back one is how it came, the front one is how I like them. Overall good cover for the right price. Excellent workmanship and quality.

Today I installed the cover over the pool and found a small production fault ( see 2 photos attached).

I dont know who needs to know this but the actual measurement is 18x42, and yes I bought the 16x40, so I would assume that the other sizes are sized accordingly. Some of the sizes have the size of the pool, then the size of cover you should buy for it. This one did not, so I was a bit worried that it wouldnt be big enough. Really needed the one with stairs extension but for the price and coverage i'm not going to worry about it! Wish it came with some kind of excess strap keeper, I may just use zip ties. Already have 11 leaves that didnt go in the pool! I really took my time and made sure my layout was square with the pool, and it payed off I think it looks great, the anchors seem to be of reasonable quality. FYI the drill bit size is 3/4 for your masonry bit if going into concrete like I did.

First, the picture is deceiving; the stair section is actually where it’s supposed to be; in the middle. I missed the fact that no ground stakes are included; I do not have a concrete deck around my pool, but the supplied fasteners appear to be of decent quality. Otherwise, the spring clips and straps are exactly the same as the original cover, and they work with my ground stakes. Although the cover seems just a bit thinner, it is also a finer mesh and rain water seems to pool up faster; seep in more slowly. I have large inner tubes under the cover to prevent “water-logged sinking” - probably not a concern for those with the tighter, concrete anchored fastners. I was surprised to discover there is no storage bag, but the old one will work. One of the plastic strips on the underside, protection for cover to pool coping contact, was not completely stitched, but it seems ok. We’ll see how the cover survives a Vermont winter and re-asses in the spring.

Been wanting a safety cover for years, conned my husband into doing one. After reading directions, watching several videos and borrowing a hammer drill with 3/4 bit, we started. Placing the cover where we needed, because it was not custom fit, was tricky. Decided to place ropes running from end to end and side to side, connected to fence posts, then laid cover on top, which held it up from the water and we could maneuver the cover in place. Drill worked great and had it done in no time. Our only problem was we were missing one anchor bolt and it took 3-4 weeks, came from China, to arrived. Company made it right and gave us a slight refund, which was generous. Time will tell how it holds up under upstate New York winter!🤞

Delivery time is far too long.

Sturdy fabric and nice anchoring hardware. The hardware was easy to install into a concrete floor covered with ceramic tiles. It would be helpful to define the distance of the mounting anchors from the cover edge to maintain optimal tension. It would be nice to have an option to buy the support poles.

This is a great set for new users. We already had a cover and this fit perfectly. I like that it came with everything to install. Only reason I marked down was that one attachment was missing the end cap and I never got a replacement. I also was frustrated by the sizes. The size mentioned online is different than the actual size which is quite confusing and frustrating. Be sure to read the dimensions on the photos and details rather than just the size on item itself. It was tough to adjust the length of toe downs and we had to twist them with slipknot to hold the position. The material is good not as great as my old one,. But I'm still pleased overall.
