The design is nice and the price is good, it's not hard to use after reading the manual, but this machine is too picky about the condition of our bills. It's extremely fast but bills get stuck in it almost every time we use it. Once that happens they're extremely hard to remove and it makes the machine not worth using for us.

Immediately came with error codes and took forever to troubleshoot to try to correct to even begin. Then once it started, it jammed a $20 bill which had to be ripped out because there’s no way to open where it jammed. Then once cleaned again, it shot out a stack of $100 bills ripping one completely in half. Done should have spent more on a better brand.
