Worth every penny! I operate a small jewelry studio and I cast my own pieces, this has saved me so much time on pre polish as well as investment removal, just a little tip for any one reading this. It cant get any simpler to use.

Got this recently and pleasantly surprised at the speed and consistency it can burnish and polish throughout the entire piece where as other tumblers miss spots that the steel shot cannot reach. It's small but works damn well and the ease of use is very intuitive. Its a little noisy but tolerable. On another note, their customer service is amazing! That alone makes me feel confident if I were purchase another one of their products down the line. (Vevor food warmer for long BBQ holds.) Would i recommend it? Very much so.

I have been using this product as I develop my jewelry skills. I was concerned with some negative feedback about the pins. As with all manufacturing processes the pin have oil and grim on them so you need to run the unit without any jewelry. After 2 washouts the pins are great, it does provide a matte finish, does an amazing job on fine work. I appreciate the quality and reliability so far.

This unit works very well. I am surprised how quiet it is. Can't go wrong with this magnetic tumbler/polisher.
