I really wanted this cart to work and put in some time to researching various models online and really needed it just as it arrived. But it is very hard to pull up stairs, the tri-wheel arraignment isn't ratio 'ed correctly and I would have done better with a traditional two wheel version. That said, the ASSY was easy, the construction top notch, and it is really strong and well built. Now, I just need to figure out how to re-engineer it to work the way it should.

One of the wheels broke after the third use, leaving the dolly pretty much useless.

Cheaper made than I would have thought for the price. Definitely can’t handle the 280 lbs rating. Doesnt turn real well but alright for small things.

It took forever to receive when I got it was completely destroyed and missing parts !!! I cannot use as it’s non usable missing everything to it . So I can’t give it any rating just plain disappointing .

A regular dolly with air tires works better on stairs than this. Each wheel bangs hard on every step. Can't understand how this is supposed to help with stairs, it is useless. Maybe if they were bigger air filled tires.
