Comme l'achat de l'enrouleur simple. Pas trouvé de raccords pour le raccorder car pas americain. Inutilisable

Les filetages tuyaux et suport chariot connectique eau ne sont pas normaliser pour la france. Comment fait on pour les racorder. Le pas n'est pas bon. Trouve aucun raccord adaptable meme dans des magasins specialisé plomberie. Avez vous une solution à mon probléme. Inutilisable dans ces conditions.

Total piece of shit

I had a great deal of difficulty assembling this. The bolts would not go through the self locking nuts no matter what I tried. The bolts would go in just far enough to enter the threads of the nuts and go no further. Thinking that I had one bad nut or bolt, I tried other nuts and bolts with the same result. I ended up going to Lowe's and bought the same number of non locking bolts that came with the hose reel along with enough washers to fit the bolts. This was after I tried to contact VEVOR to ask what I might be doing wrong or to determine if I was possibly sent some defective self locking nuts. Of course, VEVOR had no Customer Support phone number . So I had to message them through a CHAT option to which I never received a reply. I then asked if VEVOR would refund me the costs of the nuts and washers I had to purchase to finish installing the hose reel if I sent them the receipts fro Lowe's showing what I had paid for them. Again, I received no reply from VEVOR. The hose reel works all right but because of the difficulty in assembling it and the extremely poor customer service that I received, I will never again buy anything from VEVOR.

Works well enough, have to pay attention when assembling and it’ll take an extra pair of hands, as it’s awkward. Fastening hardware is junk so be prepared to replace it to something more standard than the soft stuff supplied.

It's nice and light so it's easy to move around and wind up the hose. However from what I can see it's only powder coated steel. I presumed it would be galvanized as well. I don't think it will last too long in an outdoor setting and the brass fitting leaks as well

It's not very easy to use and the handle is way too short when trying to transport from one place to another.

La conception est bonne mais la qualité de sa fabrication est mauvaise le rendant inutilisable sans faire de la plomberie et de la mécanique. Filletage de l'embout central, j'ai du le changer Filetages de la tige de renfort, impossible de la fixer correctement. Daniel DARCEL Ps je devrais en commander 2 autres !

Handle is way to short. I do not recommend.

Au bout de plusieurs mois dehors de multiple point de rouille Ne permet pas un stockage d’un grand tuyau Tout les filetages sont en pas américain qui sont pas facile à trouver ! Je recommande moyennement.
