VELOCISSIMI NELLA CONSEGNA IL TORNIO E ARRIVATO INBALLATO BENISSIMO FUNZIONA PERFETTAMENTE E PER QUELLO CHE DEVE FARE VA PIU CHE BENE

Ricevuto nei tempi stabiliti in una cassa di legno adeguata. Presenti tutte le parti. Accessoriato ulteriormente con contropunta rotante e mandrinò con punte di centratura. Richiede registrazione dell’allineamento contropunta. Provato su tondo di alluminio da 20 mm funziona perfettamente su sezioni di taglio adeguate alla potenza. Ottimo prodotto per hobbistica

this mini lathe is precise and works perfectly but... - you must check if the screws are loose, better to disassemble & reassemble the cross slide, the tool post, the carriage...etc (all the moving parts) - no idea why but the belt on the motor was super tight (it was like a stringed instrument and you can play music on it haha) make sure it is a bit loose and you can twist the belt easily - machining plastics only, I don't use it with metal or brass but the motor is overheating because technically there is no cooler ok there is something but that is a joke (-4% rotation speed about after 20 minutes), so I have to remove the end cover - the lcd display was dead after about 2 weeks, the support was a bit slow but the solution is acceptable :-) Happy with the lathe but it is not perfect - you get what you pay for.

I haven't used it yet, but it looks great. I have allot of experience with machining. With that and a very nice video review of an identical machine, I believe that I can realistically expect that it will satisfy my modest needs. VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=05vUCdzhoe4 With full knowledge however I can say that the packaging is the best i have ever seen. The delivery driver set it down out of the truck on its end. Even though the UP orientation for the parcel was clearly marked. A barbecue grill delivered by the same company was also clearly marked and delivered also on end. That grill was pretty dinged up out of the box. But the lathe would have been fine any way they left it. It was bolted to the bottom of a surprizingly sturdy box, considering that it was constructed of 1/4" plywood. But the fasteners were amazing. It was astually quite a job just getting the thing opened. That's it. That's my review.

Nice little machine, was well set up from the factory, I added a few perks as in the quick change toolpost and live center, also steel gear set. I spent a little time checking bolts , gib adjustments, cleaning, aligning center with the chuck. I must admit, everything was fairly close and machine runs quietly.

This lathe seems almost perfect out of the box. The carriage is tight, no play in anything, coated in a light oil, I just mopped up the excess and added way oil. Amazing value!

Ho letto molte recensioni negative di questo tornio. Io tutto sommato sono abbastanza soddisfatto. Non lo sono al 100% perché, come è successo a molti altri, nella scatola non ho trovato il punto morto MT2 (poco male!) e l'ingranaggio da 72mm per filettare (questo è più grave). Li ho richiesti al venditore, mi ha risposto che "avrebbe fatto il possibile", ma ormai sono passate diverse settimane e non credo che li riceverò. Ho dovuto anche fare una piccola modifica alla barra porta-ingranaggi per poter filettare. Però, tutto sommato, il tornio funziona. Non avevo mai usato un tornio prima d'ora. Come prima cosa ho tornito un tondino di ferro arrugginito, arrivando immediatamente ad una precisione di pochi decimi. Ho comprato per 16,50E una contropunta rotante e, per prova, ho filettato a 2,50mm un tubo dell'acqua da 1 pollice, lungo 1,5m, all'estremità verso la contropunta, usando le 2 lunette per tenerlo in asse, e non ho trovato nessuna difficoltà. Spero di riuscire a trovare oppure a fare da me l'ingranaggio da 72mm.Però, tutto sommato, credo che il rapporto prestazioni-prezzo del tornio sia favorevole.
