Purchased and installed.I checked head thoroughly before installation.All threaded holes and spring pressure and checked valves for leaks. I couldn't find one issue but I did take heed to warnings to use my original cam that measured same as cam that was on new head . At the time of this review my engine with new head has about 2 hours of run time and runs great . Time will tell . If any problems occur I will repost. I would have given five stars if I knew cam was usable but at this time definitely would purchase again if needed.

Heads beautifully machined but the attached parts, most likely out sorced were in poor condition, we did leak down and then performed a complete valve job, tested springs, and found 4 exhaust valves not fully machined. Polished them and did triple cut reseat on the valves.

So far good fit and car is running well, lets see how long they last. 302 1979 ford 5.0. done a breakin and dyno 350hp ......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

These heads look impressive and in many ways they are well built. Mine must have poor valve guide machining as now the engine puffs blue smoke on start up if it’s been sitting. It ran clean and smooth before. But I wanted a performance bump. Be careful with intake port gaskets. Stock 90s truck gaskets work but you have to line them up really well. Which was lifting them up vs stock position. The best thing to do is to take these to a machine shop to have them checked over. Especially the guides.

I purchased these heads sometime ago. I knew I was building another engine for my car. This is the first time I have not opened both boxes to verify exactly what I got. I will leave these heads would be okay for a stock rebuild or just replacing a heavy iron head IF THEY SEND YOU TWO MATCHING HEADS! My mistake was not verifying I did send them to get double checked by a professional shop and they quickly noticed.

I installed these heads had a problem with pressure in cooling system which I didn't have before got so frustrated with them I actually put a motor in it

Will NOT fit on an LT1. 1995 Camaro 5.7 LT1. Only 4 bolt holes line up. The inner holes are off by about 2 inches. The bolts go throuth the intake at 60 degrees but the threads are at 90 degrees. I just invested $700 in these heads and now I am out $700. Don't make the same mistake I made. It took me 60 days to get all the parts for the rebuild and now I cannot return them, I have no money, no heads, and no working car. THANKS VEVOR!

Well let's say u will never order from vevor again! Was lied to twice about shipping, then when I got a tracking number the shipment never showed an update for 5 days. It did finally the day it arrived. Tried to cancel numerous times after it did not arrive when stated on purchase date. Zero help!!!

The product arrived in one piece and was packaged well. But the heads have 2 valves leaking. I will have to have them repaired at a local shop unless they are willing to replace them.
