Never received. Address was mixed up so they didn't deliver. Been over a month and haven't received a refund after they were returned to sender.

Eli Extremely disappointed
I was really excited to use this pipe polisher. It worked great at first and gave a nice finish for about 10 minutes. Then it suddenly stopped spinning completely. The grinder still powers on, but the roller doesn’t rotate at all. I’ve double-checked everything, and it’s definitely not user error or setup related.
I reached out to support right away, but the response has been slow and unhelpful so far. For the price, I expected a tool that would last longer than one short job. Very disappointed with the reliability and customer service.

I don't know how good the product is. Checking the tracking It was delivered to Palm beach, but then was returned back to the sender. I never received the product or an explanation as to why it was returned instead of delivered. Vevor support asked if I wanted to reorder the product. I asked why, it apparently will not be delivered.
