Bjr, Le bac ne fonctionne plus au bout 1 an et demi, cil n y a plus de bruit d ultrason et donc de nettoyage.... Je ne sais meme pas ou le renvoyer pour le faire réparer et combien ça va me couter

Noin vuojen kesti ja tosi vähällä käytöllä ollut. Heti alussa pätki koko ajan. Laittovat uuden käyttö paneelin. Sillä pelasi tähän asti nyt meni joku oikosulkuun pukkasi savut pihalle ja polttaa koko ajan sulaketta

Never buy from this company again. 30-day free returns is NOT a thing. I purchased an ultrasonic but after receiving decided we wanted a larger unit. We wanted to exchange it. There is no customer service line and after a week of emailing via their website my answer was that shipping is too far of a distance and they would offer a $27 credit. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Mon bac Vevor Bac à ultrasons 3L 120W acheté en avril ne fonctionne pas. Je viens d'essayer de m'en servir. Le voyant arrière s’allume, mais le panneau avant reste éteint. Bip au démarrage.

I was very hopeful with this ultrasonic cleaner. Needless to say with a 1 star review…. It was DOA. I called tech support was given the run around; send pics so we can better understand. How do I send pics? I asked if they wanted it on desk full of cleaner plugged in and no lights on? I was then told wait 2-4 days and tech support would contact me. 5 days later tech support emailed asking once again for pics. I then got another email saying 2-4 days. I demanded money back. Got another email saying wait 2-4 days. I finally contacted capitol one and made a fraud claim. It’s amazing how within hours of that claim I got an alert saying my money had been returned. Morel of the story. It’s hit or miss with vevor. After they refunded my money I opened the thing up to see what the issue was. One of the logic boards came lose in transit and the screw were laying on the transformers legs into the board. Obviously shorted out. Removed acres put them back in proper spot replaced blown fuse….. it still doesn’t work. I was hopeful now I’m releastic. This cost my business time and money because of a tech support group that wanted to pass the buck back and forth. I will not be purchasing anything from vevor again. As a small business I can’t afford my money being tied up this long before I was able to purchase a real ultrasonic cleaner. I was hopeful now I know to stay far far away.

Ne chauffe pas vibrations puis c'est tout. En attente d'une réponse du sav. Pour l'instant réponse automatique me disant qu'il vont reprendre contact avec moi. Je modifierais mon avis après retour plus sérieuse du Sav.

The unit never worked properly. It did a very poor job of cleaning bicycle parts, which were not super dirty, despite running multiple cycles with degreaser. The heating function failed after a few cycles. The drain hose did not connect securely to the unit and leaked. To the company’s credit, they promptly refunded the full purchase price. I am now left to dispose of this useless product. What a waste!

Poor quality machine. Cuts mains power while operating. Vevor customer service is appalling, No response from their online warranty support centre. Contacted through live chat, now being bounced around to numerous people, and refusing to warrant the product. I guess that's what you get when you try to save a few dollars.

Worked for about a week. Left it in the shed and the next time I went to use it the display won't turn on and I can't power it up. Very frustrating
