I purchased the VEVOR Professional Ultrasonic Cleaner (30L) expecting a commercial-grade machine. Instead, it failed after the first **30 minutes of use**. The unit powers on, the timer counts down, and the heater works, but the ultrasonic cleaning function completely stopped working almost immediately. A brand-new machine should not fail within the first half hour. What has been even more disappointing is VEVOR's warranty support. Instead of simply replacing a defective unit that failed right out of the box, they shipped me a replacement circuit board and expected **me** to repair it myself. That's completely unacceptable for a product that is still under warranty. I purchased an ultrasonic cleaner, not a repair project. As a customer, I shouldn't be expected to disassemble a brand-new machine, troubleshoot electronics, and install replacement parts just to make a warranty claim work. If a product fails almost immediately, the company should replace the entire unit or issue a full refund—not expect customers to act as their repair technicians. Between the poor product quality and the frustrating customer service, I cannot recommend this ultrasonic cleaner. A commercial machine that lasts only 30 minutes before failing is simply not acceptable, and the way VEVOR handles warranty claims makes the experience even worse. Save your money and look elsewhere for a more reliable ultrasonic cleaner backed by a company that stands behind its products.

Prend beaucoup de temps à réchauffer et pour que ça fonctionne bien il faut que ça soit très chaud pour avoir de bons résultats

ben je viens de le recevoir je l ai pas allumé encore j ai voulu mettre 3L D eau dedans et a 2.5l il deborde sans aucune piece a linterieur !! en fait il fait 2.5 L .5L çà peut être important selon la piece

I purchased the cleaner in Feb. 2024 and used it maybe a dozen times, when it blew a fuse. The fuse was replaced and the switch turned on but the control panel wouldn't function. I wrote to Vevor, because it was out of warranty, and didn't know how to take care of the issue. They had me take the cleaner apart and take a lot of pictures of the inside parts, motherboard, heaters, wire harness, etc. They decided to send me a replacement motherboard at no charge. I changed the part and saw another blown fuse that is soldered into the board . I started looking for a reason for the blown fuses and found a wire that powered the cooling fan had been routed over the sharp edge of a heat sink. The insulation had melted and shorted out the wire. I re-routed the wire and insulated it better, then zip-tied it so it wouldn't do that again. I sent all the information to Vevor with pictures and they said they'd pay me $22.00 for my efforts. The cleaner works now.

Das Gerät kam schnell, ist einfach zu bedienen und reinigt gut. Die Verarbeitung ist leider nicht so gut, vielleicht habe ich auch ein Montagsgerät erhalten, die Blechteile sind zum Teil scharfkantig und ich musste etwas nacharbeiten. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass man Verzollungsgebühren (>35% des Warenwertes) ohne Vorabinformationen von Vevor bezahlen muss. Solche Zusatzkosten sollten klar und ersichtlich bei einer Bestellung angegeben werden. Daher wenig Sterne.

Bonjour dans la notice d'utilisation il dit qu'il y a un panier fourni avec. Je n'ai pas de panier et impossible de contacter quelqu'un. Je suis déçue ce la cuve va s'abîmer sans panier !
