I've had this machine for about 1 month, built quality is good and performs good, It's a good machine at a good price, very well packaged for good protection. Delivery within a week or so, I would recommend this machine, I added a water chiller, to help keep things cool in the summer months.

Very happy with what l payed for it great value for money. Pictures in advertisement are old version the new unit has extra features not mentioned. Eg ethernet connection, laser cut off protection for lid open, connector for roller unit. Bed adjustment height uses motor not manual knob Size of unit is the measurement of the laser box hanging out the side not the whole unit for the 80w version. Needed a few adjustments on mirrors but expected that from shipment. Wiring all good.

Received one week after ordering. Very good packaging. All required parts included. No surprises, more or less exactly what I expected. I have only performed basic setup, no mirror alignment, and it cuts paper and cardboard easily. I haven't tried anything thicker yet, lacking proper cooling. Came with a Ruida RDC6442S-B (EC) controller. Trivial to configure with Lightburn. There was one poor-quality wire join inside the electronics enclosure. Just twisted together with electrical tape insulation, which had unwound. I have soldered and heat-shinked this join. There were a few other minor electrical termination issues, like spade connectors crimped onto insulation rather than conductor, and some terminations to a relay block using bare copper into the screw terminal and electrical tape insulation rather than an FC crimp, but these are the exception. Most of the terminations were with bootlace crimps and are well done. I would recommend this to anyone in the market for an 80W CO2 laser cutter in Australia.

Its is cheaply manufactured and there is work needed to bring it up to a standard. While it has linear rails on the X and Y axis and a good controller, my unit must have been in storage for a while as the Z axis lead screws had rust that had to be cleaned off. Also the lens inside the laser head had not tightened down at all and was moving while around causing some very bent lines to be cut. The cabinet lid has been manufactured with a woof in it and does not sit flat, I wont be able to bend it straight so its a feature. The Laser head hits the gas strut on the lid as it pass under it, I need to move the strut or pad the lid somehow. There were few loose screws that had to be tightened down. The exhaust blower cowling had popped out of it rolled bead on the edges, I was able to pop this back in. All of these things were fixed and the unit did not need to be returned and seems to be working fine thus far now that the items have been addressed. The compressor is underpowered for cutting but that standard for all these units from what I read so expect to upgrade that at some point. Its a cheap price point CO2 laser, so expect to fix quality control issues but otherwise the unit has so far worked as advertised. Documentation is poor, but I just used the documentation for the Omtech 80W CO2 laser to supplement as these seem to be rebadges.

The laser arrived and initially stopped working after the first use. This issue was raised with VEVOR, who were responsive at the time; however, they were unable to provide a replacement part, which I had to source and purchase myself online. I was offered and accepted compensation for this inconvenience. Following the repair, the laser worked well until recently, when it stopped functioning again after approximately eight months of use. Unfortunately, attempts to obtain support have been extremely disappointing. I appear to be stuck in an automated email loop, and the chat function has gone unanswered despite multiple follow-ups. I have uploaded videos of the issue on two separate occasions, yet after more than two weeks, I have still received no meaningful response or resolution. At this stage, I have had to seek assistance from an independent technician at my own expense. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering a company that provides reliable after-sales support beyond the initial 30-day return or refund period. Sadly, I have little confidence that this matter will be resolved satisfactorily.
