Azienda molto seria, spedisce come descrizione entro 24h. macchina come da descrizione ma con piacevole sorpresa, il piano taglio mobile. Imballaggio eccellente cosi come la cura di imballo. Pienamente soddisfatto. unica possiamo dire pecca, l'azienda spedisce subito ma non aggiorna la spedizione. Ottima Azienda.

The laser arrived and initially stopped working after the first use. This issue was raised with VEVOR, who were responsive at the time; however, they were unable to provide a replacement part, which I had to source and purchase myself online. I was offered and accepted compensation for this inconvenience. Following the repair, the laser worked well until recently, when it stopped functioning again after approximately eight months of use. Unfortunately, attempts to obtain support have been extremely disappointing. I appear to be stuck in an automated email loop, and the chat function has gone unanswered despite multiple follow-ups. I have uploaded videos of the issue on two separate occasions, yet after more than two weeks, I have still received no meaningful response or resolution. At this stage, I have had to seek assistance from an independent technician at my own expense. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering a company that provides reliable after-sales support beyond the initial 30-day return or refund period. Sadly, I have little confidence that this matter will be resolved satisfactorily.

24/7 customer help, you speak to robots, first laser was faulty the control panel didnt work, replaced with a new laser the beams and laser didnt align, sent multiple videos and photos with no help what so ever. Only to turn on today and the control panel has blown. Again contact is useless i need a working laser or send someone out to view it. Weather u spend $1k to 10k on a produvg you expect rhe support and help.
