Cordialement

Very high quality. Simple installation. Really good value. Only negative is the supplied fasteners are very poor quality and I ended up purchasing some good generic anchors at local building supply. I would suggest that the vender include decent fasteners and raise price $8. Overall I am more than satisfied.

I bought this rail for my mother after she had two surgeries on her back, she needed some extra support getting up and down the stairs. When the rail arrived it was very easy to install. And I must say that every since I installed the hand rail my mother has been as happy as she could be. She even told my and i quote" Kenyota I love you for buying me this rail" and ofcourse i love her too that's why i would buy her another one if she needed it. Thank you happy buy Kenyota Straughter!!!

I have been pleased, generally with these railings. Only 6 months so far, but seem fine for all my needs.

We modified it to fit 3 steps. It wasn’t too difficult and we are very happy with it. We would be happy to recommend this to anyone interested.shipping was very prompt.

Bonjour. Il est fort dommage qu'il n'y ait plus de stock. Il m'en faut encore 5. C'est ballot ! Merci par avance de me donner une date de réassort.

very nice looking, have received compliments from our neighbors, if installed correctly they are very secure

The handrail itself is strong and well made. However, the concrete bolts did not work at all (or the way to use them was not adequately provided). After drilling the holes so the "brass colored" anchor could be inserted into the bottom rail plate and into the concrete, tightening of the bolt did NOT works such that they became locked into the holes to support the handrail. I had to go to the local hardware store and buy '4' 3/8ths by 1.75 inch concrete anchor bolts (for $8) - then fortunately, they worked great in the holes that were already drilled. Also, please provide a "metal" template for the whole pattern of the bottom plate (drilling the holes was the most difficult task on the in- stallation) and a masonry bit (or at least provide the needed informa- tion in the instructions. Otherwise, the handrail looks and works great! Thanks ... L

Good looking handrail. Had to buy screws for wooden stairs. I am not the most "handy" man so install took longer than expected. Top post not perfectly straight but it will do. If you are good at these things, you will probably be ok. It would be a bit fragile in a high traffic spot.
