I am disappointed with the VEVOR heat press machine. Assembly was challenging due to unclear instructions, and the machine lacks sturdiness—it wobbles when I move the handle from side to side. Additionally, I had to partially disassemble it, as it wasn’t correctly assembled at the factory, and then figure out how to fit the remaining parts myself. I could not attach a picture because I couldn't get the picture smaller than 2MB and I took the pictures from my cell phone. Wasted money. This is why I buy from Amazon, it's easy and free returns.

The machine has consistently failed to heat correctly, causing substantial issues in the transfer process. Specifically, it does not reach the necessary temperature, and this malfunction has resulted in the stickers not melting as expected and, in some cases, causing damage to the material by turning it yellow. Despite following all recommended steps, the machine’s inefficiency is causing significant loss and disruption to my work. I have previously requested a return and refund multiple times, but I have only received responses directing me to wait or suggesting I check the compatibility of materials. However, the issue here is not with the materials but with the machine’s faulty performance. It works okay. The problem is that the heat plate doesn’t heat up evenly. So I have to press multiple times and turn the item so I get even sublimation. The top plate is always crooked and won’t align with the bottom part most of the time. It works ok if you’re sublimating a very small item but otherwise it cost me a few items and my time because I had to redo. The sliding bottom part is very hard to slide at first, unless I oil it but even after oiling it, still doesn’t slide in and out smoothly. I love Vevor but this product in particular is a big miss.
