Dommage que le mode d emploi soit en anglais

My previous one you could adjust temp, duration and change between "c" and "f". I find the duration most useful because it prevents the water boiled to the bare bottom. This new one has a display that shows only on/off. I find the plugs betweeb the fan and the body and the plug to the power to be the weak links un the design. The removal and replugging during refilling eventually loosens them resulting in bad contacts eventually.

It works fine for distilling water, the only use it gets. I turn it off when there is still 100ml or so of water remaining to avoid the calcium deposit on the bottom of the vessel; this makes cleaning much easier. The silicone boot on the jug is a joke, it just falls off when the jug is moved. Out of curiosity I reduced the setting of the variable temperature to 90C to see what happened; nothing, it just boiled the water as usual. I should have bought the cheaper one without this feature.

Das Gerät ist mit Sehbehinderung nicht zu bedienen und der Behälter hat keinen Ausguss. Der Reklamationsprozess war aber reibungslos und zufriedenstellend.

Bonjour J'ai réceptionné mon distillateur le 04 juin 2026 J'ai aussitôt fait une réclamation sur le fait que la cuve est mal emboîté, ce qui laisse un jour de plus de 2mm par endroit ou l'eau pourrait s'infiltrer . J'aimerais être rassuré et pouvoir l'utiliser en toute sécurité , Mais nous sommes le 11 juin et silence total, le seul message a été la réponse nous traitons votre affaire dans les plus brefs délais, Maximum 48heures . BRAVO POUR LE SAV D'autre part la poignée du haut de cuve a lâchée a la première Utilisation J'espère avoir quand même un signe du SAV ou autres ?

Très bon achat, la qualité d'eau est impeccable. Sauf, il ne fonctionne plus au bout de 13 mois d'utilisation : la distillation donne 1 verre d'eau et s'arrête avec "E". Je l'ai bien nettoyé, rien à faire. J'achète un nouveau et je demande de récupérer le détérioré.

Da ich den Destillierer derzeit brauche möchte ich eine Reparatur nicht abwarten müssen, sondern den reparierten Destillierer als Reserve oder Geschenk an jemand verwenden, wer einen Destillierer selten nutzt und weniger auf ein funktionierendes Gerät angewiesen ist.
